I hugged my knees to my chest as I tried to stop crying. I probably looked horrible. Puffy eyes...My skin was probably all blotchy. I'm just glad I decided not to wear mascara or that would be running down my cheeks.
I sighed. He was being way too kind to me. We only just met today but I already felt comfortable around him. I leaned back, staring at the ceiling. The couch was rather comfortable, and I was tired from my trip. From California to England? It really took it out of you. I sighed again and laid down in the couch. I could just rest for a moment.
Just as I got myself comfortable, I fell asleep.

I could feel myself being helped away from Mary Ann's body from some unknown woman. Ambulances had come to pick up her body. I could feel them starting to clean off the blood from my arms.
"Vlad...?" I turned to look at Patti. "I called Octavius, he's gonna get us to England. And I talked to the doctors and they'll help get the body to England..."
I vaguely nodded. Mary Ann and I were very close. When I wasn't pursuing Finni, I would be gossiping happily with Mary Ann and her friends. Occasionally seeing her boyfriend come and go. I also met Marv, who was Mary Ann's ex. And Todd. I sighed at the thought of him. Todd was Mary Ann's little boy. The little one had just turned two not too long ago. He was with his father of course.
But I knew that mourning over my lost friend wouldn't solve anything. I had to get her to England. She had to be with her mother. I had to find Finni. Because if I don't, I'm not sure what I'd have left to do...I let myself to be dragged into the ambulance and I looked sadly at Mary Ann's crumpled body. I then looked up and glared at no where in particular.
I will avenge them.

So I guess you should have everyone get a phonecall from Patti telling them they're going to leave for England in like...Two days.
