“Really?” I said confused looking at Dante.
“Yea…this is awesome.” Dante exclaimed.
“So, you were the one that made the place shake?” I asked.
He nodded and looked at the ground. “It happened when I got my mind reading powers too.”
“So the more powers you get the stronger the shaking?” I stated.
“Apparently.” He shrugged, “So I have a question Max.” Dante said walking up and sitting on my bed next to me.
“What’s up?” I asked then I looked past Dante and saw Mr. Bloodgood talking to one of the scientists.
Dante looked at what I was looking at and we both went over to the door and Dante sat down on the floor and I stood over him resting my left arm on the glass door.
“So how is your drug addiction going Finni?” We heard the scientist say.
“What?!” We said in unison.

Katia fell off the bed taking the blankets with her.
“Ow…” She muttered.
“Are you okay?” I asked getting off the bed quickly and helping her up.
“I’m just a klutz in the morning.” She yawned and stood up.
I flopped the blankets back on the bed and she started walking and ran into the door that was shut. She stumbled back into me.
“Maybe I should just take you out the kitchen myself, considering you don’t know the apartment very well.” I said and didn’t wait for her to answer as I picked her up bridal style. Her bra straps were showing because of how big my shirt was on her. I took her out to the kitchen and sat her down in a chair. “What do you want for breakfast?” I asked opening my cupboard that had pancake mix and a whole bunch of other things in it.
“What do you have?” She asked.
“Well I can make lots of thing. I have eggs, sausage, pancakes, and bread for French toast, I whatever you want.” I responded leaning on the cupboard and looking over at her.
