I woke with a start as I fell off the bench. The sun was out, but there were a lot of clouds hanging in the sky as well. I raced to Dante’s house and waited for the others to show up. I noticed Vlad was back, but he paid no mind to me, and I didn’t want to do anything that may set him off right now. We would save that for England. I knew the guy was in unbearable pain right now, and I would be glad to help him get back Finni and Dante. I knew Max wanted to come back too, the way he kissed Elizabeth was just so heartbreaking considering he had to leave her again. Lucas just needed to be back with everyone, his family and Sebastian. I saw Stella bopping down the sidewalk and she smiled at me.

“Hey kid, where’s Alfie?” I asked. She froze and turned on her heel and ran to his house. I shook my head and smiled a little, and waited for the others to show up so we could head off to England and rescue our boys
