I heard someone talking out in the hall so I woke up and tiredly walked out into the hall to see what was going on. I went to where Elizabeth and Sebastian were standing, “Hey what’s up?” I asked rubbing the sleep from my eyes.
Sebastian hugged me and jumped up and down, “Lucas is coming back!” Elizabeth said cheerfully.
“He is?” I asked confused.
“My Lucas is coming back!” We heard a door open and I looked to see who it was.
“Lucas is blind.” Anna said looking down at the ground.
“What…what are you saying?” Sebastian said a bit shocked.
“Lucas is blind they pushed his powers too far.” Anna said again explaining a bit more.
“I’m sorry Sebastian.” Anna muttered looking down at the floor.
“That just means he’ll need me more than before.” He said with a sad smile.
I looked over at Anna and I could tell she wasn’t telling him everything. I didn’t want to be rude and ask her what else was wrong; I figured when Lucas got here he could explain a bit more.
