Vlad meet me at a local cafe. I knew he was curious about how I knew his brother.
"Well I guess your wondering why I know your brother." He nodded. "Well I'm sure you know he was involved with a cult. That cult was power hungry and so they made a house call to my family. It was well known that my brother was very open about his powers. He has visions of the future when he sleeps. Some are more clearer than others. Truth be told a few of my cases I soloved was thanks to him, but they saw this as a chance to gain his power. Your brother was the one that came and took my brother. I don't know how exactly, but some how my brother caused the death of our parents."
He kinda looked shocked after I told him this. It kinda seem liked I just knocked the wind out of him.

Some how I knew she was going to ask me about my past. I guess I was hopeing that I could go on hanging out with Kyle and Katia for a while longer.
"I'm sorry Katia, I would like to tell you about my past, but there somethings I just can't tell you yet. I'm sorry, but the longer I stay around the greater the chance that the monster sleeping inside me will awaken." I grabbed at my chest. "I've done some terrible things in my past, but I would at least like to help you save your friends." I didn't know really what she would do. Katia is strong but I never want her to see that side of me. I could bare the pain, if I did something to hurt her, or any of the others. I just waited for her to say something.

I made my way to the apartment and found my way inside to Kyle's apartment. I guess it was kinda breaking and entering. But I found him in the corner sulking. "You really like that girl don't you?" He was kinda suprised that I was there. "Don't worry I'm sure she likes you more than Markus. If she was to ever find out the truth about Markus, then she never be able to face him again. So don't sulk, keep your head up."
