"Finni, what happened in those labs? Can't you tell me? Couldn't you just resist them?" Vlad asked me cautiously.
"You don't understand! They--" I heard noises coming from outside. "What is that?" I walked towards the door and ran out.
"Finni wait!" Vlad ran after me.
I ran up to find Dante, Jenny, and Max. Dante was looking at me slightly worried, he already looked worried before. "Pops? Are you alright? You look.."
It just reminded me of something. They had been watching. The WHOLE time. "M-Max, Dante, they know."
"Know what?" they both asked.
"They know we escaped.. I-I... And they're tracking ME. T-that prick i felt on my neck! And they were always watching!" I was sobbing and choking, what I didn't realize where that my eyes were flashing the mind control was trying to return. "I have to go back! T-they killed my sister! And Doctor White... Dr. Olmos..." I had collapsed on the floor, ignoring Vlad and Dante trying to calm me down. "Dante and Max had to see me high! They'd slice me open every day! Those tests... That devil! I have to go back! Or leave forever! They're tracking me! I can barely even walk with these things on!" I was sobbing hysterically.
"Finni, calm down!" Vlad had a scared look on his face, all the information was pouring out at once. I had to witness people die and get hurt, and couldn't do a thing. Now I'm doomed with this number and these new knees as memories. Maybe I should go back... I can't adjust to this world anymore...

I blushed a bit at Kyle's question "I... I don't know, he was just really fascinating when I first met him. I just had to know more. And he's cute."
Kyle nodded and continued to think as we entered the building and into his apartment. He gave me some warmer clothes and some cough medicine so I could sleep easier. "Y'know pendejo? I have to repay you. I'll make you something to eat someday... Maybe churros..." I yawned, ready for sleep.
