I'm going to continue writing the story on my (Cheriblosomchibi)'s world, Stranger Than Fiction.
Sallina's POV
Emmett and I went through the four days quickly, Either playing with Alexzan or talking to eachother. It was overall, a great week. Today, Darilyn would be coming home, And I would be gone in a instant. I sat down on the couch next to Emmett. Alexzan was asleep, and he looked almost four years old by now. I sighed, and hugged Emmett close to me. He didn't hug back. He just hung his head, and I felt tears fall onto my arms.
"Emmett?"
He responded by letting his hair fall into his face.
"Please, Speak to me, Emmett." I pleaded in a desperate whisper. He still didn't answer.
"If you ignore, I'll feel like a piece of furniture again, Emm-" He broke my words off, as he bit into my neck. I felt his saliva running throuch my bloodstream. It was total ecstacy for me. I moaned loudly, and he put his hand over my mouth. He kept biting into me, and I could feel my heart pounding faster. He finally pulled his fangs away from my bloody neck.
"Now. You're a Vampire in a Puppet body, Sallina. No more complaining about that." He said, moving his hair away from his neck. At the sight of his bare neck, I drove my new-found fangs into his flesh. He whimpered a little. I drank from his neck. It was strangely satisfying. I finally jerked myself away, and breathed heavily. He looked tired. I wiped away our blood, and we sat in silence.
Then, I heard keys jingling from outside the door.
Time to leave I thought.
Darilyn popped in the door, "Hi!" He ran and grabbed us both into a bear-hug. I smiled idiotically. He laughed, and looked at his lover.
"Emmett, Have you been crying?" He looked concerned.
Then, Emmett poured the story out to him, and crying histerically afterwards. Darilyn looked at me, and then back at Emmett. He remained calm, But I knew he was pissed.
"Out. Now." He looked at me, "Get out of my house." he growled. I kept my tears in, and walked back to my own house.
I woke up, laying on Emmett. He was still sleeping, and I rolled off of him. We only had four days now until I was going to be booted out of Emmett's life. I frowned, and Emmett opened an eye.
"What's wrong?"
"Only four days left." I sighed sadly. He gave me a look full of sympathy.
"Sallina, That's plenty of time." He looked me over, and smiled.
"I know, But..."
"Shh." We sat up, and walked into Alexzan's room to check on him. He was standing in his crib, smiling at us. he looked two years old now. I looked at Emmett, and He was smiling at Alexzan. I looked at Alexzan, and laughed.
"He's so cute!"
"Mommy?" Alexzan asked shyly.
"Yes, I'm your mommy!" I ran to him and grabbed him, and hugged him tightly. He smiled, and hugged me back. I laughed, and pulled Emmett into this hug also. He hugged us both back.
"I love you both." I said, smiling.
Emmett looked a little sad, but smiled back.
Sorry, It's short, I'm a little braindead right now.
Emmett cradled the baby carefully, and lead me to the car. I looked at him with worry in my eyes.
What on earth is Darilyn going to do when he finds out?
I just had to smile at that baby-Well, My baby. It was so hard to get used to knowing that that you're a parent.
Emmett gave me Alexzan, and I held him. I smiled at him, but wanting to cry. I looked down at him and he sleepily looked back at me.
"Are ya sleepy?" I asked, smiling. Trying to be a mother.
Emmett watched the road intently, but I could tell he was thinking. He pulled into the driveway, and unlocked the car. I got out, holding the baby to my chest. We walked into the house, and looked around.
"Where is he going to sleep?" I asked Emmett.
Emmett looked around, "Hold on." He went out the backdoor.
He came back in carrying the pieces to a crib, he smiled at me.
"It was Vancha's." He smiled.
"Oh." I followed him into an empty bedroom, and started building the crib. It took him about thirty minutes. I laid the baby in it carefully, and walked out of the room as soon as Alexzan was asleep. Emmett followed.
We sat on the couch, I looked down. He put his arm around me.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"It's just...I won't be able to be a mother to him. You're going to leave me with Darilyn, right?" I looked over at him. Trying to not cry, I leaned on him. He just looked off into the distance.
"You're right."
I felt tears stream down my cheeks.
He smiled sadly, "let's just enjoy the time we do have with eachother. We still have five days." He smiled.
"I'll try. Now, cheer up." He kissed my forehead.
"But, Emmett." I whined.
"No whining." He looked at me.
"Emmmett!" I whined again."
"What?" He asked.
"I won't be happy without you!" I complained.
"Nope." He got up. I followed him. He went into the kitchen. I followed him again. He looked behind himself.
"Stop right there, don't move." I followed his instructions. Then he stood in front of me.
"Now, If you want to whine, then you're going to recieve punishment. Until you can talk without whining, you can't move."
"But I feel like a Lamp!" I complained.
"No." he said.
"I'm just a part of your furniture, aren't I?"
"Shut up, The longer you keep that up, the longer you can't touch me." He said, smirking.
"Emmett! Not Fair!"
"Sallina."
I pouted, and stood there.
"Fine."
"yes!"
I ran and hugged him tightly. He hugged back.
We decided to go to bed, It was a long day. Before going to bed, I went to Alexzan's room. He was sleeping peacefully. I kissed his forehead, and went into Emmett's bedroom. I fell asleep cuddling him.
Emmett brushed my hair lightly, calming me down. Images of Deireai played through my mind like an IPod-Shuffle. A bloody, smiling Girl I saw in the dream appeared, making me whimper. I looked down at my stomache, which had gotten noticibly bigger. Well, a lot bigger. I looked at Emmett, who looked peacefully calm.
"Your hair is so soft." He said in a quiet, soothing voice.
"Mmm." I smiled. The edges of his lips turned up a little. I looked back down at my stomache.
"What do you think he'll look like?"
"Ah, Your beautiful face, My body..." He seemed deep in thought.
"A mixture of our hair..." He glanced at me.
"He'll be beautiful." I remarked.
"Yeah."
I looked down, feeling a bit awkward.
"Um, Emmett?" I asked, a little worried.
"Yes, Hon?" He looked at me.
"Um, I think...I think the baby's coming." I looked at him, wide-eyed.
"A-Are you sure?" He gave me a concerned look.
"Y...Yeah."
"Are you in pain?"
"A Little, yes. Not a lot."
"Okay." He swooped me up in his arms, and rushed me out to the car. I just laid in his arm, breathing in the smell of his hair. He sped the car over to the hospital quickly, and grabbed me again, slipping swiftly into the doors. He was so agile, and quick, he didn't slip or drop me once. He checked me in, and the doctors pummeled me with questions, and hurried me to a room, Emmett chasing after them. They pushed me up to a bed, and did what they said to do, willing. Emmett clenched my hand. I pushed, and, although it didn't hurt, I screamed to keep up appearences. Finally, The baby was out, crying, and tiny. I couldn't believe my NineTeen year-old body had given birth. I smiled, and Looked at Emmett. He looked as if he was having an Epiphany. I smiled wider. They gave the baby everything he needed and wrapped him tightly in a blue blanket. The nurse handed him off to me, and I held him tightly, but cautiously. I smiled at him, His blue eyes were open, and he wasn't crying, but smiling at me. I cradled him, and cuddled him. Looking over at Emmett, who was concentrated on the baby, I Handed him the baby- Alexzan.
