Shutter Island Movie Review

So on Saterday i went with Minty Fox to the new movie Shutter Island.
I'd been dying to see this movie ever since i saw the first preview.
The story revolves around one US marshal Edward. Who is assigned a case on the infamous "Shutter Island" home to a top security mental clinic. Shutter Island houses the most dangerous and insane criminals in the country. One of the Patients has gone missing and it is his and his brand spanking new partner Chuck's job to find the missing insane person.

Twiliwolf's Opinion!
This movie was really interesting because the whole time you cant help thinking "damn this Eddie guy is insane" or "dont take the pills they're laced!". nothing seems to be true and everything is ominous. A lot of the characters is revealed and as always Leonardo Decaprio delivers a beautiful performance. some parts seem overplayed and the movie is not as much a horror film as i thought it would be. Certainly deserving of its R rating in some places but i certainly felt like it should have had more of a PG-13. The biggest part of this movie was the Reveal at the end. its one of those things where you half saw it coming but at the same time its shocking.
I think this movie deserves somewhere between a 7-9 out of 10 it was certainly one of the most engaging movies i've seen this year so far!
