On a somewhat happier note...

First two days of school are overrr. :D I'm so glad cause I have computer science and digital media. I get to learn the Java language in comp. sci. and finally understand what the heck I'm doing in photoshop in digital media! I can't wait. Lunch period is gonna be perfectly chaotic, but I mean that in a good way, haha. I've got all my crazy friends in the period, so all hell's gonna break loose. Again, in a good way. XD My teachers are alright so far, but I really don't like my American Stdies II teacher... ugh. I heard rumors about him that said he was sexist. The sad part is, it's kinda true. I mean, I didn't think much of it when he assigned us seats and, for the most part, the guys were seated on the right while the girls were seated on the left, but he made an off color joke. We were going over the syllabus and we got to where we're gonna learn about the 1920's and women's rights. He pretty much said, "...and so, women were given more of the rights that men had. Haha, we finally let you girls wear pants and now look where that's gotten all of us!"
...Frankly, I'm not sure exactly what he was getting at, but I wasn't laughing. What made matters worse was, on the second day, he said we were gonna figure out if we were liberal, moderate, or conservative. Now, I don't know how you think about it, but, to me, being one of those isn't exactly a good thing because a lot of people vote based on if the politician is liberal, moderate, or conservative and not much else. Granted, not all people do that. And really, it's just gonna split the claas up and just make us argue with each other. I say just believe in what you believe in and leave the stupid labels out of it...

In other news, I'm excited about the Marching Band competition this Saturday. :D GO GHOSTS!
