I'm not sure what possessed me to post this now, but I guess I'll share with you the piece my sister and I have been tackling, with greater emphasis soon to be given to it after Shika's graduation. Obviously we're not professionals, but envision the violinist as me, the cellist as Shika and the pianist...well, that's a friend of ours. I've "mastered" (ha - what modesty) my part, but getting the ensemble to work could prove tricky. Lots of 6/8 over 4/4 going on, especially with piano.
So, here I present you with Schubert's Piano Trio in E minor, as performed live in the Rachmaninov Hall of the Moscow conservatory.
