well, i've been hooked on sword art online, for starters.
it's such an amazing anime.
i love the story, and i was excited about it for a long time.
i was extremely happy when it was finally released.

oh, i've gotten into magic: the gathering.
i got into it at the anime convention that i went to a couple months back.
did i post about that?

well, it's a relatively new anime convention that started here in south dakota a few years ago.
sodak con.
it was a fun time.
among the anime stuff, they had video games (where i placed first in a call of duty tournament. woo!), magic: the gathering and yu-gi-oh! tournaments.
there was a cosplay contest where i saw this awesome dragonite cosplay with functioning wings!
it was so cool!
hm.. there were artists with their works there, got to try out some melon bread.
so, yeah. all in all, it was a really fun time.
uh.. we talked to the woman who runs it and we're in negotiations about having our own panel, my friends and i.
we don't know what we'll present, tho.
also, the magic tournament is where my friend pushed me to try a few games of magic.
i gotta say, i'm hooked.
pushin' strong with my black and blue spirit/zombie deck.

i've gotten some drafts of stories that come through when i blank out sometimes.
i think they're pretty interesting, but i'm surprised that they came out of my head.
they're weird.
one came about while i was playing dynasty warriors 7.
so, a romance of the three kingdoms thing.
i'll have to find my notebook.
but, my mind's slowly drifting, so i'll have to continue this when i'm not in a loopy mindset.

i recently finished final fantasy xiii-2, finally.
i gotta tell ya..
i'm not happy with the ending!
it's just.. i mean..
c'mon!
i went through the final battles thinkin' everything was alright.
"yeah, we saved the world. the future is bright. everyone's okay."
that's what i was hoping.
then BAM!
"SERAH!"
.. no.. no no nonononono..
T-T
so, afterwards, i sat back.. wiped some tears..
walked away.
i know there's another ending now, tho.
need to collect those fragments.
I WANT TO SEE A BETTER FUTURE.
we'll see how that turns out.

for some reason, i'm extremely happy and excited by this.
should i be this happy? or excited?
i don't know, but i am. greatly.
so, recently i've been having a lot of weird dreams.
can't recall 'em all.
just weird overall.
which got me thinkin'.
well, i guess they inspired me..?
or something.
anyway, i was probably going to start some fanfic, or start a story.
post it on here and whatnot.
so i can at least contribute some creativity.
'cause these dreams, doubled with my already in-and-out-of-insanity mind, are giving me a lot of ideas.
i have a couple stories piled up.
have 'em jotted down, shared some outlines and cliff notes with a couple friends.
they liked 'em, and i feel like sharing them with more people.
but, dreams..
this last one had me asking my family about all my cousins.
making sure there isn't one out there i don't know about.
or if i'm being forced to forget one of my cousins or something.
scaaaaaary thoughts.
i have a lot of views on dreams, people.
if i told you, then i'd probably be thought of as crazy.
or something.
so, if people are interested, in the next couple weeks/months, i'll be posting some stories.
some will be short, well the start of them will be short stories.
if i get better at it, i'll hopefully start writing more.
either way, i hope someone's looking forward to it.
