Hey, remember that persona/OC crossover pic I drew with Lafayette for XxArrancarFanxX's challenge back in October? Since I've been playing Persona 5, I was thinking about Personas again... so I drew more doodles for the crossover, ahaha;;; I even got Dmitri's arcana and gave him a persona. POINTLESS!! but fun. Anyway, here's some doodles. :^D
I took the arcana quiz as Dmitri and got the Lovers Arcana. :^0 That's actually what I was hoping to get...!!! So my answers might have accidentally been a little biased, ahah;;; I still think I was pretty honest though. ;u; The description from the persona wiki is this:
"In tarot readings, the Lovers Arcana initially represented two paths life could lead to, and thus a symbol of standing at a crossroad and needing to make a decision. Today, however, it is portrayed more of a symbol of love and romantic relationships, although it can also be a symbol of finding agreement with an ordinary friend or even two conflicting elements within."
I think the idea of crossroads and decisions kind of makes sense for Dmitri because him choosing between following other peoples' opinions and deciding his own opinions is kind of a key part of his character. (??? SINCE WHEN... I feel like I never talk seriously about Dmitri;;;) He's also very fascinated (? not really the word I'm looking for) with things like romance, love, and devotion to a particular person, so the more literal meaning of the arcana can apply to him as well. :u Or something. Like with Lafayette and his other friends, understanding their ideas of intimacy and learning how to balance that with his ideas of intimacy is something that's important to him. So like... relationships and choices. Lovers arcana. Dmitri.
THAT ALL SAID... idk if my choice in persona for him really made sense. I went with Narcissus because I liked his design, ahahah;;; Dmitri's not narcisisstic. In p5 Narcissus has a "timid" personality though, and I guess that's similar to Dmitri. :U I totally made up Narcissus's personality for these doodles though ahah;;

Yeah idk what's going on here. I know... this isn't how you play Persona... WOULDN'T IT BE FUN TO WALK AROUND WITH AND TALK WITH YOUR PERSONA(S) THOUGH...!!!! Think of the possibilities...
Also if you don't remember, Lafayette's persona is King Frost (emperor arcana). They don't get along, ahah;;
I don't have any more ideas for this AU, so this'll probably be the end of it. xD; These were surprisingly fun for me to do though!! Maybe I will end up drawing this more.
BUT YEAH, that's all. In other news, I talked to the sticker person about my stickers and she's gonna send me a reprint that isn't grainy on the white parts! NICE! I'm still waiting on my buttons, but they should be here no later than today because I ordered them on Monday.... but we shall see, I suppose. :U Anyway, hope y'all have a nice weekend!
