M or F?

Medium #7

Marcus- Marcus is a gay boy. He lives with his Grandmother, Patricia, and his father, Patrick. He doesnt live in the nicest house or have the best job. He also has problems dealing with the fact of him being gay. His grandmother doesnt know therefore he feels kinda guilty not telling her something that important. He also wants to have a boyfriend but there are no dateable gay guys in Raoring Brook High School.

Frannie - Frannie on the other hand has everything going for her.
She lives in a mansion in the town's nicest, gated, community. She lives with both of her parents and her perfect sister. All the kids like her and she has a boyfriend. she has a nice car and her parents get her everything she wants and doesnt have to work.

Both Frannie and Marcus are best friends. They are brain twins! They think and enjoy the same kind of music, movies, ice cream, pizza, and same style of clothes. They hang out all the time and tell eachother everything. Marcus and Frannie also like the same guys at their school.

Easy - Compare and Contrast Two Characters

I am comparing and contrasting Jessica and Anne.
They are sisters.
Jessica is 14 and Anne is 16.
Jessica and Anne both think about boys, but in different ways. Jessica is interested in only getting attention therefore she becomes,"EASY". Anne has a boyfriend and is really quiet. She already talks about Marriage and he is her first boyfriend. Jessica goes to parties and drinks, while Anne sits at home and reads. Jessica is annoyed and kind of doesnt like her moms behavior. Anne is her Mothers best friend, she has no other friends while Jessica has many. Jessica likes her new stepmom to an extent, while Anne hates her for coming between her mom and dad.

Speak

Hard Project # 3

Melinda Sorindo is the main character in the book, Speak. She busted an end-of-summer party by calling the cops, so her old friends won't talk to her now, and people she doesn't know hate her. So she thinks that the safest place to be is alone, inside her own head. But, even there, that's not safe. Because there's something that she's trying not to think about from the night of that party that, if she lets it in, would blow her disguise. And she would then have to speak the whole truth. So, just by knowing this I would ask her these questions:

1. What was it like being hated by all of your friends and classmates?

2. What was it like not talking for soo long?

3. What kinds of thoughts go through your head, when your at the party?

4. Was it all your choice to go to the party?

5. Why did you bust the end-of-summer party?

6. How does it feel knowing that even the people that don't know you hate you too?

7. Are you ever going too talk in public again?

8. Why will Heather be your friend?

9. What does Heather tell you in the lunchroom, that noone can hear?

10. How does your mother feel about you not speaking to anyone?
