Bayside Women's Institute was founded in 1980 by Mayor Gracia McCoy to run alongside the Bayside Working Men's Club founded by her father back in the 60s, the two organisations run parallel to each other each giving it's members ranks which establishes a hierarchy which acts as part of the over arching government in Bayside.
The BWI is run by Wendy McCoy.
The BWMC is run by Giro Morgan.
The issue of a marriage bounty needs approval from both sides, but despite being a close friend of Dave Dreamer, Giro gave a surprising answer to Wendy's proposal for the bounty.
"You know something Giro, you're the last person I'd expect to throw your friend under the bus" Wendy remarked.
"Dave Dreamer is an enigma, I don't think any girl would be good enough for him unless they are willing to let him be himself, men don't like being forced to change and Dave would bail the first sense of that, even if it's someone who looks like Hellcat" Giro remarks drinking a coffee.
"So you're letting me do this because you think I'll fail?" Wendy questioned.
"Pretty much, since you took over the BWI, you've been a real thorn in our side, were meant to run parallel not against one another, the Highways might have alot of clout in an election but stealing the guy who can forge corona is not going to be enough to put you in office" Giro matching Wendy's wit.
"You underestimate the power that these gems have, Bayside has remained hidden from the world's eyes because of it and now were in an era where we can obtain enough power to become a fully fledged country, we won't have to answer to any other nation, I'm not running for Mayor, I'm running for President!" Wendy slammed her fist. Giro just groaned.
"And you're pinning your hopes on a guy that would throw away $6000 on a bad poker hand because they wanted to go to bed? You do know why he's called Dave Dreamer right? You know, I'll be happy to see you create such a train wreck, so go ahead but one word of warning, you get cupid involved, I'll stop you myself" Giro finished his coffee and left the meeting.
Dave was waiting outside the meeting while Nasu and the eyepatched bodyguard watched.
"So did you stop it Gaz?" Dave using Giro's nickname.
"Let's just say, get used to dating because a thousand women are coming after you, but no worries, you've got a bodyguard" Giro casually drops the information.
"Yeah about our bodyguard, she claims to be me" Nasu remarked.
Giro didn't know what to tell her, but all he did know was that he trusted Dave to make the right choice.
