Hello everyone,
Just a quick post to let you all know what ive been playing lately :) Ive been playing my copy of Smackdown Vs. Raw 2009
Ive been trying to unlock everything for the most part. Ive also been experimenting with some of the features the Xbox360 version has, such as saving replays of my matches and using music from cd's that ive saved on my xbox360 hard drive for my wrestler's entrance :) Right now im using the song "Love Gun" by KISS lol. Im hoping to possibly try to use my webcam to record some stuff from the game and upload on Youtube, so be on the lookout for that :)
Hello Everyone,
I just got finished doing some videogame related stuff and it prompted me to put up a post, to kinda update my videogame situation :)
Last thursday i bought Smackdown VS. Raw 2009 for xbox 360 :) i really like it so far - the graphics are really good and being able to use your own personal music saved on your hard drive for entrance music really makes it alot more fun lol. Thats pretty much all ive been playing for the past few days, Ive been trying to unlock alot of stuff so that when me and a guy i work with play it on lunch at work, it will be alot more fun.
Since i also have the xbox 360 game Legends of Wrestlemania, i was able to import the wrestlers from Smackdown VS. Raw 2009 to the Legends of Wrestlemania game, which was pretty cool.
Earlier today i also searched the official Xbox360 website for information about getting the Backwards Compatibility Update, so i could play original Xbox games on my xbox 360. I was surprised to learn that i could download the update with my computer, then save it on a normal CD-R disc and then use that disc in my 360 to update my system.
The file took about 20 minutes to download (i have dial up lol) and then i saved it to a disc and popped the disc in my 360 and it uploaded it in less than a minute lol. After it was finished uploading, i put in the original xbox game called Fable and it started right up :) It's really convenient now, since i wont have to go back and forth between my original xbox and my 360. I can also use the same downloading process for other Xbox360 system updates, so thats pretty cool too.
I just thought id post about that in case any other gamers on theotaku may not know about it. Its a cool feature, especially if you're like me and dont have high speed internet lol. If you need any details on how to do it, feel free to message me anytime and ill help you out any way i can :)
Well, im gonna go play some Capcom VS. SNK 2 EO on my 360, i thank you all for visiting and i look forward to chatting soon :)
stay strong,
Yamcha
Hello everyone,
I thought id drop by here and post about the newest videogame stuff i bought while i was on vacation at my friends place for the past 4 days :)
While i was up there i stopped by their Gamestop and bought a Harddrive for my Xbox360 and i also bought these games :)
Army of Two Xbox360
Baten Kaitos Origins Gamecube
X-Men The Last Stand Gamecube
All of the games seem pretty fun so far, even though i havent played much of them, so im hoping to play them a little more as the week goes on :)
Earlier this morning i also used a flash drive to transfer some of my wallpapers onto my Xbox 360. Im currently using one of my Gundam wallpapers as the background on my 360 menu, so it is pretty cool :) ill have to see if i can get a pic of it tommorrow to show you all :)
Well, i suppose that will be all for today, i hope to post more and chat with you all tommorrow :)
stay strong,
Yamcha
Hello guys, I know its been a while since i last posted here on this world, I usually tend to post everything up on my Anime Universe World, but some things deserve their own post here on this world, so here we go :)
As you can see in the pic at the top of the post, This morning i pulled out my Super Nintendo and decided that i would try to repair the controllers i own, since i believed they both didnt work. While i was digging through the "videogame Box" ( a box that i keep all of my controllers, plugs, and other accessories like the NES Track & Field running pad, NES multi-tap, random PS1/PS2 controllers etc.)I found a third Super Nintendo Controller ,which i dubbed "The 3rd Child", simply because it was the only one that miraculously worked for some reason lol.
Well after i found the contoller, i connected my SNES to the little tv that is on my computer desk, next to my computer (which i keep my Xbox connected to) and pulled out some random games to test out the controllers.
Here are some pics i took while playing some games lol.
Ken(me) vs. Bison - I only lost once through the whole tournament, to Sagat lol. It was my best run through of the game ever lol.
Saturday Night Slam Masters
I was Mike Haggar (the guy on the left) vs. Oni - I didnt have the controls down very well, so i got destroyed lol, I got him back for it though :)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles In Time
This is the greatest TMNT videogame possibly ever (besides TMNT 2: The arcade game).
I had a great time today and i just thought id share it with everyone lol. Now i just have to find another good controller lol.
Maybe in my next post ill post pics of me playing my NES :)
thanks for visiting and i hope to chat with you all soon :)
