NES Pro Wrestling

I was really excited when i found this game at a pawn shop many years ago. Back then NES games were only 2$ each up there, so i was able to pick up some cool games lol. When i got home and played this game, i was really shocked by how cool this game was, especially to be on the NES lol. Each person had their own special moves and you could get out of the ring and do your special move on the ground, etc. There was even a camera man out there lol. I had alot of fun with it, and it was really a testament to how the NES and wrestling games were evolving back then :) be sure to check out the video and watch the madness lol.

WWF Royal Rumble

This game is what really got me hooked on wrestling games lol. The first time i spent the weekend at my friends house in 7th grade, his cousin was playing this game on his Super Nintendo, and i remember it being the most awesome thing i had ever seen lol. There were 12 wrestlers to chose from, and each of them had their own special move. The graphics were clear and bright and there were new match types like Brawls and the Royal Rumble Match. during the Royal Rumble , 2 men start the match and then guys just start coming in at set intervals. There could be 6 men in the ring at once and it was just awesome lol. I would always be Razor Ramon because the Razor's Edge was the be all end all in that game lol. The video at the top is a video of a royal rumble :)

WCW vs. NWO Revenge

This is one of the greatest wrestling games ever. I got this game for christmas many years ago and it was the greatest thing i could ever imagine lol. This game has it all - tons of wrestlers, awesome moves, cool match types and the best gameplay of any wrestling game out there - even compared to the new games. I remember there were people i went to school with that hated wrestling, but loved this game, it had that effect on people lol. When i got my Nintendo 64, i would take it and this game over to my friend's house on the weekend and we would play all night and all day until we were just too tired to think straight lol. I would always edit the wrestler's appearances to match what they were wearing in real life, which was a cool feature in the game. And this game also featured wrestlers coming out with the titles that they have won. Even today this is still an awesome game and sometimes i wish games nowdays would use the gameplay of this game lol. If you are a fan of wrestling, You NEED this game. there are even emulators out with updated arenas and rosters.

Well, that will be all for today, i sure hope you guys enjoyed the post and i hope to chat with you all soon :)

stay strong,

Yamcha
