Lance stared at the hole in all but horror. He was a bird! Not a mole! His heart started pounding a fraction, but after a moment, the sounds of feet not far off hit him again, and he finally gave into it and made a push to go through the hole. Being underground was all but nerve racking to say the least of things. He wanted out as soon as possible and to be back where at least he could see the sky. Never again..... he breathed to himself as they finally got out of the hole.

Upon seeing the sleeping animals, Lance said nothing but shook his head and walked a few yards away before sitting down and bringing his arms over his knees. The fox girl stated her relations by name, and it quietly stung a nail into Lance. As far as he knew, he had no family... heck he had no memories of even being an animal. I esaid nothing and did nothing but stare and half meditate for a moment trying to cool the anger that had suddenly welled in him. I should have just kept fighting dang it...... he thought to himself for a moment before sighing again.

"Hey you ok?" Yume asked walking over towards Lance. The Eagle looked up for a moment, sighed, and nodded a bit.

"Ya, I'm fine," he answered back. "Just not sure what to do now...." If we do anything at all anyways..... he thought to himself for a moment.
