A little post for even bigger revelations. But what have we learned so far in Ven's story? We've learned that Xehanort has been searching for a way to make the 'x'-blade for quite awhile now, and that Eraqus tried to protect Ven from becoming the 'x'-blade once he came into his care. On a more personal level Ven's grown up a bit. He's realized that he doesn't have to cling to his friends for them to still be his friends, that even if they're not always together that they're still the best of friends. But there's more to learn, ready?

• We’re transported/booted to Destiny Island.
• And Ven’s about to go into armor mode so he can blast off but… FFLADJFAOFJAJF VANITAS?!
• Ven’s trying to take the high road and walks away from Vanitas but Vanitas is like “I’m just getting started with you. You’re strong enough. “So what are you waiting for? Join with me right here and now. Become the ‘x’-blade.””
• BOW CHICKA BOW WOW!
• Ven’s like “NOPE! If I don’t fight you we don’t become the ‘x’-blade. So, HA!”
• But… Vanitas mind-rapes Ven? Saying he was “once too broken to talk back.”
• FLASH BAAAAACK!
• NEOSHADOWS!
• Neosahdows vs Ventus!
• “Please Master I can’t do this! I’m not strong enough!”
• “No. It is because you are trying to hold it in. Let the dark impulses wake in the pit of your heart. Release them, here and now! Sharpen your fear into rage. You must! If you do not let the storm within you run its course, it will wipe you from the face of the world, make no mistake! Do it. Embrace the darkness. Produce for you Master the ‘x’-blade!”
• A Neoshadow hops onto Ven though and… he’s toast. Xehanort walks up to a mostly dead Ven.
• “Really? You would rather die than use the power? Feckless neophyte.” HUR HUR HUR! For those of you who don’t know neophyte is the term often used for members 7-13(/14) of Organization XIII. Well... neophyte is a word (a fancy one~) but in this context it makes me smile. A bit of an Easter egg Roxas reference. “If I must… I will extract the darkness form within you myself.”
• D: He zaps Ven! And some sparkles fly out. And a darkness cocoon forms around it. And… IT’S A VANITAS!
• AND WE STILL DON’T GET TO SEE HIS GOD DAMN FACE!
• Ven goes Dead Eyed as Vanitas floats down.
• “Empty creature from Ventus riven… to you, the name Vanitas shall be given.”
• “Yes, Master.”
• Post mind-meld/rape Ven’s still clutching at his head and Vanitas says “Fine I’ll give you a reason to fight. Come and find me at the one and only place to spawn (ke ke) the ‘x’-blade – the Keyblade Graveyard. There you’re gonna see me choke the life out of Terra and Aqua (he he). Then we’ll see how long you play the pacifist.” And off Vanitas goes!
• Ven takes out his Wayfinder, FOR THE FIRST TIME WOAH, and swears to Aqua and Terra that he’ll put an end to this.
• He summons a light portal and OFF WE BLAST!
• New keyblade and a report!
• Why didn’t we get to see Sora or Riku? :C
• OH GOD THIS IS THE END!
