Well I know some of you know about my ankle, and others dont
so I shall explain
A couple of weeks ago I found my ankle was hurting when I walked or just stood still to long, but it wasnt all the time, so I just put it off as a minor sprain in my ankle
then yesterday after I was done bowling I stepped down of one of the high chairs that they have at like diners that kind of thing
and I couldnt put any weight on my left foot
so we went and bought a brace for it and I wore that for the rest of the day yesterday
