It's a haven in the middle of a harsh, 9-to-5 world. A place where you can gather with your fellow human beings and bond over a paper cup full of cool refreshment.
All sorts of randomness is welcome here. Post pictures, videos, special Chat information, or just discuss news and current events.
Well, since my previous feature was supposed to be yesterday's post, I've decided to make another feature for Halloween. This time, it'll be two.
First off, we go to the wacky world of Happy Tree Friends. One of their cute animal characters, Disco Bear, goes trick-or-treating. And then comes a series of very unfortunate events. (NOTE: Like all HTF clips, this vid is pretty graphic in nature. If you'd like to skip, go ahead. If you'd like to enjoy its humor, be my guest.)
Next, here's a music video to give some music in your Halloween. The song used is "Trick or Treat"by Nekromantix and the clips used are Disney cartoons. I recommend specifically for the music and the Skeleton Dance. Enjoy!
It's Halloween, so it's important to spread the love of one of my favourite short films.
Last Halloween I posted this on a convention forum as a creepy little video to share. Within a day, a mod had edited the post title to say "WARNING: DISTURBING CONTENT".
Bwahahaha . . . ladies and gentlemen, I present "The Cat With Hands":
Also, if you haven't seen already, Shin' won the top prize at theOtaku's Halloween Writer's Jam with his brilliant story. Go read his as well as everyone else's stuff now. Just sayin'.
Dammit, I'm late again with what was supposed to be yesterday's feature. Bug spray was sprayed in one part of the house which was near the computer, so I couldn't use the computer for the next 8-10 hours.
For today, we'll be taking you back to the 1980's "Rock N' Wrestling" era. A time when Vince McMahon was an announcer (and not a psycho boss), children were Hulkamaniacs, and the company was still called WWF.
This video shows one of the hottest and craziest WWF villains then, the legendary "Hot Rod" Rowdy Roddy Piper, trying to play tricks to children in trick-or-treat.
By the way, did you notice how "innocent" and "family-friendly" the WWF was back then?
