One thing's for sure: We Didn't Start the Flame War.
To the tune of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire", here's the video that's creating a buzz lately in the Net. Especially since the lyrics were taken from actual comments in CollegeHumor, Digg, and YouTube.

What is Movie Sign?
Every week, we nestle down in Chat and watch an episode of the cult TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K for short) while spamming up the Chat box. We use episodes available on Google Video so that we can all watch simultaneously.
What's MST3K?
It's a comedy show about a man and his robots, stranded in space and forced to watch some of the worst movies ever made as part of a mad scientist's bid for world domination. To keep their (and our) sanity, Joel Robinson or Mike Nelson, along with 'bots Tom Servo and Crow, talk back to the films and riff on them. You can read up on the show over at the SoL.
Next Episode
Mike and the 'bots have a doozy of a picture on their hands this week, as they travel down South for Squirm. In this movie, a geeky doof named Mick travels to Fly Creek, Georgia for some hardcore "antiquing" with his new ladyfriend, Geri. The residents of Fly Creek do not take kindly to Mick, especially the lovely worm bait gatherer, Roger (he has his own truck!), but this pair of antique enthusiasts have bigger things to worry about after an electrical surge turns of horde of worms into vicious killers.
But before that, in the short "A Case of Spring Fever," Coilie the Spring Sprite uses the power of Satan to break a man's will and make him worship springs for life.
Host Segment Highlights
A safety check on the SoL proves there is none to be had before the 'bots decide to show off their prized pig in the Forrester Fair. Crow, inspiried by the short, wishes there was no Mike, but Katana Mikey the Mike Sprite has something to say about that! Then Servo, suffering from the movie, comes down with severe Southern Belle syndrome whilst Mike plays mad scientist on his worm farm.

About the Anime Club
The Anime Club is a weekly room in theOtaku's community chat where we meet to have fun laughing, crying, heckling, and spazzing together while watching a few episodes of anime. Rather than watching mainstream shows, however, we pick out good, yet lesser-known anime as an opportunity for people to enjoy new shows. Streaming links are usually provided for those without a copy of the anime.
Current Anime
Ichigo Mashimaro (aka Strawberry Marshmallow) is a comedy/slice of life with 17 episodes (12 ep. TV series, 3 ep. OVA, 2 ep. encore OVA) about sixth-grader Itou Chika (Chiba Saeko), her three friends Matsuoka Miu (Orikasa Fumiko), Sakuragi Matsuri (Kawasumi Ayako) and Ana Coppola (Noto Mamiko), and her big sister Itou Nobue (Nabatame Hitomi). It follows the day-to-day lives of the girls as they play, fight, argue, and work together, often with cute and hilarious results. There's no real story to speak of but the girls' overflowing adorableness will keep you smiling and the show's mix of conversational and slapstick humor will keep you laughing the whole way through.

Kanon (2006) is a 24 episode comedy/drama about Aizawa Yuuichi (Sugita Tomokazu), a boy in high school who, due to family circumstances, goes to live with his aunt, Minase Akiko, and cousin, Minase Nayuki (Kouda Mariko). It's been seven years since he visited and his memories of the city have since faded, but upon meeting Tsukimiya Ayu (Horie Yui) and other girls from his past, they slowly begin to return. The lighthearted comedy while Yuuichi teases the girls will make you laugh and the heartbreaking drama of traumatic events from both past and present will make you cry as the story unfolds.
