The Doctor and his various companions explore the universe and battle evil wherever they encounter it.

A message on the oldest cliff face in the universe. A painting that delivers an ominous warning. A love spanning thousands of years.
The Doctor and Amy are reunited with River Song to investigate the mystery of the Pandorica. What is it? What does it contain? And why has it brought all of the Doctor's enemies together? The Pandorica will open. And silence will fall...

What is Movie Sign?
Every Sunday night, we nestle down in Chat and watch an episode of the cult TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K for short) while spamming up the Chat box. Don't worry - we use episodes available on streaming sites so that we can all watch simultaneously.
What's MST3K?
A comedy show that ran from 1988-1999, it's like watching a movie with running commentary. Joel Robinson or Mike Nelson, along with 'bots Tom Servo and Crow, are forced to watch terrible films as part of a mad scientist's bid for world domination. To keep their (and our) sanity, they talk back to the movies and riff on them. A more detailed explanation can be found up at the SoL.
Next Episode
Remember Mamie Van Doren? She was in the season one episode of Untamed Youth, and hey, she's back again - in another teen delinquent movie! Silver Morgan is a delinquent whose sister pushes an attacker off a cliff. A series of misunderstandings results in Silver packed off to Girls Town, a minimum security convent. As always, we soon learn that Silver really has a heart of gold. She helps Serafina, who is obsessed with this guy, Paul. But another guy, Mel Torme is not good, and he kidnaps Silver's sister with the intent of getting her a job in Mexico. Silver, Paul, and some rock-hard-awesome nuns save sister and beat the crap out of Mel, which looks pretty easy anyway.
Host Segment Highlights
It's a special event! It's the unveiling of the Umbilicus! It, uh, connects the SoL to Deep 13. Excitement! Servo is suddenly inspired to scat and Mike wants to institute the honor system, both about as well as you can expect. The boys then come up with "the woman of the future", and then it's the good ol pie-in-the-face gag to end it all.

And it really isn't an ode so much as I needed something for a title.
So Tom Lehrer is this guy. He wrote music about random things, he plays some piano with skill, and he's a mathematician. First time I heard him was his song of the elements.
Then I heard the Masochism Tango.
And really, the man has songs about smut and Oedipus. Oh, don't forget the Vatican Rag. Don't tell me that's not awesome.
The best part? He wrote and performed this stuff in the 50s and 60s. Awesomesauce.
