What is Doctor Who?
A long-running British scifi TV series about a mysterious man called the Doctor, the last of the Time Lords, who travels through time and space in his TARDIS, a ship disguised as an old fashioned Police Box. The Doctor and his various companions explore the universe and battle evil wherever they encounter it.
This Week
The Doctor takes Amy and Rory on a date to Venice in the year 1580, but strange things are happening in the city. Contessa Rosanna Calvierri has sealed off the city from the outside world to protect the citizens from the plague, but is that really the truth? And what is happening inside her school for young women?
