What is Doctor Who?
A long-running British scifi TV series about a mysterious man called the Doctor, the last of the Time Lords, who travels through time and space in his TARDIS, a ship disguised as an old fashioned Police Box. The Doctor and his various companions explore the universe and battle evil wherever they encounter it.
This Week
The year is 2020. A scientific team in Wales has drilled deeper into the Earth than ever before... but something else is drilling up. When the Doctor, Amy and Rory arrive, they and a handful of others face an invasion from below. After millions of years, the original inhabitants of Earth have awakened to reclaim their world...
