So Tom Lehrer is this guy. He wrote music about random things, he plays some piano with skill, and he's a mathematician. First time I heard him was his song of the elements.

And really, the man has songs about smut and Oedipus. Oh, don't forget the Vatican Rag. Don't tell me that's not awesome.

The best part? He wrote and performed this stuff in the 50s and 60s. Awesomesauce.
