I am now a fan of red wine...
After so long a time of hatin' the stuff I now love it. My change of heart happened thanks to $50 bottle of Napa Valley wine that I bought to compliment the dinner I was makin' for my lady and I and it was just amazing. The overall taste was like chocolate cherries with a hint of vanilla. It wasn't dry, but juicy in taste, a little fruity with a hint of acidity and with just the right amount of alcohol in it which was about 15%.

Really good stuff that made it into a really good night. ;)
