My Love is a Fever Long Still

I was over looking at the fanart section, and I saw my friend TFL's picture floating around. So I decided that I, being a loyal friend, should go comment. And in the author's notes, she quoted Shakespeare. Now, after reading nothing but Shakespeare for an entire semester of senior year, I was pretty familiar with him. And sick of him. But then I started reading his Sonnets, and I was inspired again. So now I'm starting to get back into writing.

And now I feel the need to inform all 11 of my subscribers what's happened to me over the time I've been away.

Starting from the beginning, I was born. To two respectable members of society, I would think. But then one supposedly respectable member of the society, the female one no less, decided she was going to have a scandalous affair with another, less respectable member of society. And then all her respectablilty went down the drain. Needless to say, my parents' divorce shook me up real bad. And now I live with my dad. He's a good guy, even though he might be a bit of a workaholic. Could maybe slow down on the drinking.

Anyway, my mother was the richer of the two, and now that I live with my dad, we're a bit short on money with the recession and all. So I had to sell my laptop on eBay. And now we have an ancient PC for both of us to share. So seeing as how my dad used the computer most of the time, I sort of fell out of my writing spree.

See the thing about typing is that it makes me feel free. Like I can just type my words out. And spell check it later, but still. When I write on paper, I just feel confined.

So my writing skills are a bit out of shape. So bear with me these next few stories. Believe me, I won't be submitting anything for publication anytime soon.

And they all lived happily ever after, the end.

Not really. Here's that picture I was talking about. Go be inspired.
