Life in a nutshell
Soooo,
Right now I'm babysitting! Before you go all "You're in theO while sitting???" The boys are in bed. Anyway, the two boys, Jake and Jeremy were wonderful! Well, as wonderful as two brothers aged 8 and 10 ever are. xP
A few days ago my little brother, Zack, and I were majorly arguing. To solve the prob my parents tied us together for four hours. (I asked my older bro if this counted as a Cruel and Unusual punishment, but he said it was only unusual. I then quirked an eyebrow and looked pointedly at Zack. Chris revoked his statment.)
And yesterday we built a working model of a toilet. Why? Because we(Mom) felt like it.
Peace

(Please pardon any mispelled words, this computer doesnt have spellcheck.)
I got promoted!!
Yup, that's right, I'm now a legend! In yo face! (sorry, I had to say it)
On another note, I'm posting a link to an abandend blog my friends and I did from the POV of some characters. I'm thinking of moving the blog to theO, and contiuning it by myself. T3h 1ink
ADD and Dyslexia (did I spell that right)
I felt like updating, but I don't know what to write. I'm almost falling asleep at the computer (it's 11:54 here, and I got very little sleep last night). My dyslexia really acts up when I'm sleepy, so I'm having to reread things a lot. Bleh. When I'm tired I can't read well, and I get distracted by everything! I don't know if that's normal or what. Actually, I operate best when I have 8 to 9 hours of sleep, and caffeine pumping through my body.
Did you know that people with ADHD/ADD tend to crave things with a lot of caffeine, because the caffeine helps us focus better. I'm not sure why it does... Also, did you know that ADHD is when part of your brain doesn't work properly. Which means my brain's outta whack!
As long as I'm on the subject, I am a very blessed person medically wise. Mental illness, easily broken bones, low germ-fighting-ness, low blood sugar and allergies run in my family. I'm not mental (I hope), never broken a bone, don't get sick easily, have normal blood sugar, and have no allergies to speak of. And I'm sure you all wanted to know my medical history.
Thanks for reading

A girl named Katherine
I wrote this on an application to go to the Teen Summit in Boston for the Computer Clubhouse. It said write a story about have you have made the Clubhouse a fantastic place to be, and I couldn't resist. It's a tad passive (okay, a lot passive) but for something written in, like, 10 minutes, I think it's okay. What do you think?
There once was a girl named Katherine, though she prefers to be called Katie. Katie was a geek of sorts. Okay, Katie was a major geek! She loved being a geek, so all was good. Katie attended a place called the Computer Clubhouse. Now, the Computer Clubhouse is a shrine to all things geek. So, of course, Katie fit in wonderfully there! After she had been attending for about two years she was asked to help represent the Clubhouse at various events to help their Girl's Day program. Katie was a very shy girl. The thought of having to go out somewhere where she might have to actually talk to people scared her, but Katie loved the Clubhouse and wanted to help it remain the great place that it was. So, she sucked up her fear and went! (She's now quite glad that she went to such events, as it gives her something to write here.)
Katie also helped spread the word to her (very small) group of friends about the Clubhouse, and how awesome it was. Several of her friends started attending, though none loved the Clubhouse as much as Katie. Katie still helps represent Girl's Day, and still tells her (slightly larger) group of friends about what an amazing place the Clubhouse is!
All joking aside though, I have helped represent the Clubhouse at events aimed towards our Girl's Day program, I've participated in clean ups of the Clubhouse and surrounding area, and I've spread the word about what a fantastic place the Clubhouse is to my friends. I have also participated in Adobe Youth Voices, and I have helped video tape local events for the Clubhouse.
A ton of RPs
Hello, hello!
I started two new role plays! Not, one, but TWO ladies and gentle-dudes.
The first is a Percy Jackson one. (We all love Perce, right?) It takes place after the last book. There are no limit to characters you may have. (I have three thus far, and am working on a forth)
The other is a Peter Pan one. That one should be fun, since anything can happen in Neverland. I've got three characters in that one too, and am creating two more. (Yeah, I know, I know, I make up WAY to many characters!)
That knocks the role plays I do on this site up to 6 role plays. There's The New Beginningwhich is a Fruits Basket one (the next generation), The Feudal Era, which is an Inuyasha one (takes place after the manga is over), The World (an orig story line), and finally, The Flock Role play (a Max Ride one, taking place after the books).
Can you tell I'm addicted?
