Hello people! Right now I'm in Boston! A group I'm part of, called the Intel Computer Clubhouse(ICC), has a big six day conferencel, Teen Summit, every two years. Each clubhouse chooses three teenagers to represent them at Teen Summit.
There are ICC's all over the world in places like South Africa, and Jordan too. And I'm part of it! We're on the fourth day!
There are some really neat kids! Morad, a boy from Jordan is very nice. He's interesting to talk to, and neat to listen too. A girl, Raghad, also Jordanian, is very sweet! The South African boy's, Wandile and Sipiwe, are also very interesting! They don't know English as well as Morad and Raghad, but I can still hold conversations. I just have to talk slowly.
I tried to talk to a Costa Rican boy, Mauricio, but he didn't know English, and I was as ignorant about Spanish. Everyone else has been fairly easy to talk too.
Another boy, David, from Ireland is fun to hang out with! Though he prefers to be with Nathanial, a New Zealander. He also likes my friend Asia. He's constantly flirting with her. It's quite cute!
It's had to understand their accents, but it's worth it! It's well worth it!I actually have the most trouble with David, though I love the Irish-ness to his voice!
