It took even more for me to keep my mouth shut when he started walking. I did, however, pull away for a second to make sure he was watching where he was going. The electric feeling sadly faded away, but it was worth it; to my utter dismay, he opened his eyes after I did. Even after that he didn't watch his step, he stared into my wide eyes. I could've sworn that he was smiling at my fear.

Eventually, he stopped walking. I thought that would be a good thing, until he dropped me. It turned out that he was only putting me on the bed, but that didn't stop me from screaming or pulling him down too.

"You idiot!" I cried. "You could've killed me!"

"But I didn't," he smiled.

I started to protest, but he crushed his lips against mine again. That weird feeling flooded me again, and I lost all will to argue. This time, he kept the kiss short. When he pulled away, he was smiling and started to say something. Instead of words, I heard a long, low grumbling noise.

Train blushed a bit and murmured, "I'm hungry . . ."

I nodded. "You want me to make you something?"

He brightened immediately. "Yes, I want you to make me something!"

He showered my face and neck with little kisses, in between which he laughed. I laughed too, mostly because of the hilarious change in his demeanor once food was mentioned.

"Well, what do you want me to make?" I chortled.

"I don't know, but it can wait a little while." This he followed with a kiss on my jaw bone.

"And why is that?"

He stopped caressing me long enough to meaningfully look into my eyes. "Because I just want to stay like this for now, okay?"

I nodded again. "Okay."

He sighed and rested his head on my chest. A soft rumbling exuded from him, something almost like a light purr. I decided that it was cute enough for me not to say anything about. I could stay like this forever, I thought blissfully. I still had no clue why any of this had come about, but I didn't really care. So long as Train stayed near me, I was okay.
