ok it took me a while but now that i have the chance here is the tasks required by each person that is helping in the tournament. i will try to keep it as short as possible.
MEDICS:
medics are to heal the fighters after the match and if there are no judges present besides myself or my PA they will take the roll of judges and help decide the winner if time has run out, or declare winner if the match is done. after that the PA (if im not present) will decide who saves the battle log. medics and judges will NOT be required to edit and post the battles. however after the tournament we will post all the battles that have been logged. it may be in a diff world but it will be posted.
JUDGES:
the jobs of the judges is to observe the battle and make sure that it goes with fairness. they will also help decide/claim the winner after the match is over. if there are no medics then judges may be required to help heal the fighters unless i or the PA do it. if the PA is not present and i dc then it will be the judges job to save the battle log and send it to either the PA or myself for editing.
PA:
PA's possibly have the most busy role in all this because they would need to be on call more often aside form just matches. they dont need to be on call every day but at least drop by chat three times a week just to check in cuz i may need thier help if i dont pm them or the judges. when in a battle the PA may often play the role as either judge or medic and they will be next in line required to save the battle log if i happen to dc or not be there followed by the judges. also i may ask the PA to do misc things like notify fighters of thier fight date or other things like that.
NOTE: PA's are the only ones that can create the battledome arena with a PW when i am not around. if they do i will need one of the helpers to send a clone or pm me the PW. i may not catch the whole fight but i still want to keep up with who beats who :P
that aside i try not to ask too much of my helpers and when this tournament is over i will try my best to get something for all of yu as thx for yur hard work and well appreciated help!

i will be giving the medics, judges, and PA's the ability to guest post on this world so that they can either post upcoming matchups or any other tasks that need to be handled. keep in mind that this is only for the tournament so plz if there is something yu want to post up here run it by me first before yu post it up. now as far as the contender listings go ppl have been asking me who asll is fighting. i will list them off here but i will not reveal who yu are fighting yu will find this out when yu enter the ring!
as for helping hands and PA's it is important that yu try yur best to make every match possible so that we will be able to keep track of the battles more accuratly, if i am in the room yu will NOT be required to save the battle unless i DC, if i do yu can save it then and then i will let yu know whther yu will need to edit it due to me being busy with the rosters and charts, or if i have the time to do it myself.

while i am away or while i am not present these ppl hold authority in the duration of this tournament. so plz contenders if they say something dont give them a hard time about it. let me know and ill check in on it. same with the helpers, if the contestants give yu a hard time about yur final decision of a battle (given that i verify it of course) yu ARE allowed to disqualify fighters for rude lang or behavior. idc what yu do outside the tournament but while yu are in the battle arena i dont want any gruff or hard time, i will warm yu once and only once.
the contenders list will be posted at a later time after this. but before i close this part out here are the tasks the helpers are required to do:
1) when in the battle arena at LEAST one of the judges, PA's, or medics must save the chat if i happen to DC and miss the battle log.
2) so far it is NOT required that yu edit the battle log due to the fact that i have not yet set an example of how it needs to be edited of which i will cover in a moment and i will send examples to the helpers afterwards.
3) if the judges are missing then the medics shall fill thier roll. once again not too much a difference but its neccessary.
ATTENTION ALL PARTICIPANTS, MEDICS, AND JUDGES TAKING PART IN THE BATTLEDOME TOURNAMENT. IF NO OTHER COMBATANTS SIGN UP AND IF EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE. THEN THE TOURNAMENT SHALL BEGINS MAY 22ND WHICH IS A WEEK AFTER ON A SATERDAY. ONLY THREE AND MAYBE AN EXCEPTIONAL FOURTH, ROUND WILL BE HELD PER DAY. ONCE THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS THE BATTLEDOME SHALL OPEN FOR AS LONG AS I CAN. THERE WILL BE AT LEAST 1-2 JUDGES IN THE ROOM AND AT LEAST ONE MEDIC IN THE ROOM WHEN A BATTLE IS IN PROGRESS TO MONITER THE FIGHT AND DETERMIN WINNER IN CASE OF TIME RUNNING OUT.
MEDICS AND FELLOW JUDGES WILL BE GIVEN A HEADS UP PRIOR TO THE FIGHT TIME AND DATE SO THAT THEY HAVE TIME TO PREPARE. IN AT LEAST A ONE TO TWO DAY ADVANCE DEPENDING ON HOW FAST THINGS GO. PLZ LET ME KNOW IF YU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT AT THE TIME I WILL LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT.
