This update is a few weeks old. So, you know how I posted about going to state spelling bee? Yeah. It turns out if you lost in the county, you could pay to get in. Not much of a reason to hold a county is there? I went to the top five and lost because I spat out my letters too fast and left one off; the judges wouldn't let me start over. The words after I got out were some very easy words.
My other update- I ran a cross-country race (two miles) for my school with the rest of the varsity team. Only the top five out of each school were scored on their positions (the lowest score wins). In my school I was about sixth or seventh which was wasn't too bad considering I fell down a few times in warm-ups and the race. One good thing about it though, my time was 13:46! WOO-HOO! That is good for 2 miles isn't it?
Something else, I plan to start making cards.
