so i was still having this problem of extreme slow down [yea again] i reinstalled my window 2 more times and still no improvement ....i did a quick format on my whole hard drive [coz i thought if its a virus then just erase everything] -_-!! still no luck........ i was starting to think it was a hardware problem [and that is not good] so the one last thing i did
open up my cpu push some things around took out some things and put them back in
and what'a ya know it started working fine -_-!!
i erased my whole data from the hard drive T_T....[of course i have a bakup]

but well my pc is working fine now so im happy :]
