Hello everyone :)
I know it's been a good while since i last posted, and I knew that i needed to post today, thats for sure!
It's getting closer and closer to Christmas and ive noticed that theotaku has been getting deader and deader lol, not many people posting and stuff, most likely because of the holidays and family get-togethers and stuff like that.
I havent really been up to too much lately, Ive mostly been chatting with people online and cleaning, doing laundry, eating sleeping and working lol. Work has been alright lately and im glad that the weekend is almost here. The weather down here has been acting a bit crazy though, for the past 2 weekends it has been freezing with ice/snow/rain, so ive been staying home for the most part, on my days off of work.
Last weekendi did manage to go to gamestop and look around. I had the urge to buy a Street Fighter game i had seen up there a while back. Here are some pics of the games i bought :)

Both of the games are pretty cool, especially the Anniversary Collection which had alot of special features including the Street Fighter 2 Motion Picture on the game disc lol. Yep, the entire movie.
I also took the time to watch some anime while ive been gone. I watched
Street Fighter 2 V box set: disc 3
Vandread - The 2nd Stage : volume 2
Karas The Prophecy (an anime movie that was shown on tv)
Elfen Lied: episode 1
I had owned the Vandread dvd for a while now and i had remembered watching and recording alot of the episodes for it when it use to be shown on the STARZ channel called Movieplex. I had forgotten how much i had enjoyed it back then and i found myself enjoying the dvd just as much :) I may have to pull out my old tapes and watch some of those episodes thats for sure lol.
Disc 3 of Street Fighter 2 V is one of my favorite sections of the entire series. This disc contains the middle and the climax of the Ken/Vega fight, which is also arguably the best part of the series. I could watch that fight over and over again lol.
When i was watching Karas The Prophecy, I had the pleasure of chatting with Xaos and used my webcam to show him all types of anime and other dvds i have. We had a great time chatting about Street Fighter stuff and our opinions on alot of things, it was fun and i certainly hope to chat again very soon thats for sure :)
As for Elfen Lied, Its not my box set, i borrowed it from a guy i work with. I let him borrow Princess Mononoke, Escaflowne The Movie, and another anime movie i cant remember lol, and he let me borrow Elfen Lied. Its a strange series so far, i have no idea where it will go from here, but ill let you all know what i think of it as i watch more.
It's sure good to be back in the groove of posting though, Im really hoping to be able to get some wallpapers done sometime soon, its been a while since ive made those as well, so i better get to work lol. Im planning on working on some wallpapers for

Im going to keep the wallpapers for the other anime series a secret because they will be creations that will need to have their sections requested, since they dont have section here on theotaku yet. So hopefully i can surprise you guys soon :)

Hello everyone :)
Im glad i am finally taking the chance to post again after the past few days of not doing so lol. Strangely enough ive still recieved alot of visitors, even though i havent posted in a couple of days, which strikes me as odd lol.
My Day hasnt been all that eventful. After i got paid this morning at work, I bought The Dark Knight(the newest Batman movie), then came home and watched it. I actually liked the movie quite a bit, especially since i had my surround sound turned up pretty loud lol. There were alot of parts in the movie that i enjoyed, but my favorite Batman movie will always be Batman Returns. I saw it in theatres when it came out many many years ago and it has stuck with me ever since lol. Other than that i havent been up to much today besides being lazy and trying to stay warm. Its been pretty cold here the past couple of days, and it snowed a little bit yesterday while i was asleep. Last night i had the pleasure of chatting with Bulma again, which made my night :) Chatting with her would be the only fun thing that came out of last night because i ended up having a crappy night at work die to the fact that multiple people decided not to come to work. I managed to make it out of there about an hour late this morning (which is the latest ive stayed over in a couple years).
Monday and tuesday i spent most of my time watching by box set of Street Fighter 2 V, and playing Street Fighter Alpha Anthology for Playstation 2. I also had the chance to chat with Xaos about random Street Fighter stuff while i was watching the series and playing the game lol. I tried to get a video conversation going so he could watch the episodes with me from my webcam, but i couldnt get the thing to work right, so we will have to try it again sometime lol. I also watched part of the moive called CYBORG, ill have to go more in detail with that movie in my next post :) Right now im still on disc 2 of Street Fighter 2 V, but hopefully ill be done with that disc by the time i go to sleep later today :)
Well, thats pretty much been my week, hopefully tommorrow ill be able to make some wallpapers or something, ive been itching to do that lol. Hopefully ill get the chance to chat more as well :)

Hello Everyone,
I think im going to post a kinda big post today, we'll just have to see how it turns out lol.
First Off Im going to talk about something that kinda made me mad this morning. On Halloween I took some pics of myself when i dressed up as Brandon Lee's character from the movie "The Crow". Well, a couple weeks after i took them, i was browsing some websites/fansites associated with "The Crow" and i came across one that has been around a good while. They were having a contest, which people sent in their pictures of themselves dressed as a character from one of The Crow movies, or a Crow-type creation of their own (like their own creative twist on the black and white make up etc.).
Well, i uploaded my pics clearly before the deadline, which happened to be November 25th i believe. Well, November 25th came around and i got no word and visiting their site and Myspace turned up nothing. Then all of a sudden they send out a message saying that "The deadline has been extended". Well, i waited yet another week (last week) and i eventually gave up on waiting. This morning when i woke up about an hour ago (5am), I signed into my Myspace as i usually do, and there is a bulletin saying that theyve chosen the winners. I visited the site and found out that i didnt even place in the top 3. I think what also kinda made me mad was the fact that 2 of the top 3 just looked....silly, thats honestly the only word i can come up with. Maybe im just bitter about not winning, and im sure the reason my pics werent chosen were because of the quality and they werent really creative with backgrounds and such. Something that made me smile was the fact that my pics have more visits than any of the other entries (even the ones that won), so i guess those stats dont lie :)

Well, now that ive managed to finish ranting and complaining lol, i guess its time to move on to the actual post :)
I havent really been up to much this weekend, i actually spent most of my time chatting with people. Saturday I chatted with Xaos about Street Fighter related stuff, like story-line things, the American version Street Fighter cartoon, and we also talked at length about ideas for his fan-fic, which was pretty fun, Im glad i was able to help him with some ideas, thats for sure :) After I chatted with him, I was in the Street Fighter mood, so i started watching my Street Fighter 2 V anime boxset. I didnt last long though, because i ended up falling asleep during Episode 2: The King Of The Air Force lol. The Street Fighter 2 V series is just secial to me, i never get tired of it. Its kinda like Dragonball Z, it's always good all the time lol. Ill certainly have to go into detail on it sometime, thats for sure :) Well when i woke up later that night (a little after midnight), i noticed i had missed a message from a friend of mine online. I got pretty worried that maybe something was wrong or something, because she usually messages my phone when she needs to get a hold of me. I sent here a message back and hoped that everything was alright. She eventually messaged me back letting me know that everything was alright, she just wanted to see if i was online before she went to bed to chat for a few minutes lol. So i ended up worrying myself all day for no reason lol. Its alright though :)
Earlier yesterday morning , I also had the privelidge of chatting with Bulma :) Anyone who knows me knows how much i love chatting with her lol. It was awesome to chat with her though, especially for an extended amount of time. We chatted about movies, some stuff she was working on, and all kinds of other stuff :) I had a great time as i always do, thats for sure :D I also managed to chat with her again last night, but i ended up falling asleep on her again :( (i gotta do something about that lol) I owe her one thats for sure lol :)
In between all that excitement yesterday i was still watching Street Fighter 2 V. Im about to start disc 3 in a little bit (each disc has 7 episodes on it. the last disc has 8)so these discs take a bit longer to get through than typical dvds with 3 or 4 episodes on them lol. I may work on some wallpapers sometime today if im not too lazy and im able to get all my laundry and stuff done in a reasonable time in order to make time to do other stuff :)
Well, I think im going to get started cleaning and doing laundry, i certainly hope you all enjoyed the post and i thanks you all for visiting :) I hope to chat with you all soon :)

Hello everyone :)
I wasnt sure if i was going to post today, but since i just talked to my ex girlfriend and she let me know that she got the pictures back from the photoshoot we did a couple weeks ago, I thought id post the links to the pics up from her myspace so you can check them out :) They turned out alot better than i expected, i was worried that id ruin the pictures since i had basically slept all day that day in make up until it was finally our turn to get the pictures lol. The guy really did a great job and it was fun to be a part of thats for sure :) i hope you all enjoy them :)

Hello everyone :) Its been a few days since i last posted, and today is Friday, so i decied i should post since im not really busy or in a rush today :)
This past week at work has been somewhat rough, people have been calling in quite a bit and not to mention that most of the people in the area that i work in arent very good to begin with lol. This week has just been strange though - thursday night the trash compactor's hydraulic pump exploded and shot hydraulic fluid all over the nearby wall. And Wednesday night while i was working, I was downstacking some stuff and when i looked up - two women in their early 20's were standing right there not even 5 feet away from me, french kissing each other. It's really difficult to catch me off guard, but that came out of left field on me lol. I gathered myself quickly enough to continue working like it was an everyday occurence and after about 10 minutes of kissing they finally went on their way. After they left, alot of the other guys i work with converged on the scene to discuss the situation lol. It seemed like something out of a movie or anime thats for sure lol.
The weather here has also drastically changed. Its become alot more colder here this week, so i havent really been doing anything besides staying in my room to keep warm lol. I did manage to make a few more wallpapers this week to bring my total wallpaper count to 100, which is quite an accomplishment for me. I really appreciate all of the comments and hugs you guys gave to my wallpapers and i certainly hope to make more wallpapers for you all as time goes on :)
This past week ive also finished watching my Ah! My Goddess: volume 2 dvd. It took me a couple of days because i kept falling asleep so much lol, but i finally finished it :)
Today when i got home, i noticed that Red Tigress had replied to the comment i left on Theotaku News about the cover art of the Blu-Ray version of the anime fim called AKIRA. It was really cool to get a reply from someoneone, and the whole ordeal ended up inspiring me to pull out my own dvd of AKIRA and start watching it . Some of you may not know, but AKIRA and Escaflowne: The Movie were the first anime dvds i ever bought with my own money. I remember buying them the day i got my first paycheck at my first job, and thats where the dvd portion of my anime collection began. I remember my friend spent the night that night and we stayed up and watched AKIRA and played videogames lol. We kept rewinding and fast forwarding parts of the motorcycle chase at the beginning of AKIRA, we were just so mezmerized how the animations was done so well, plus we had never seen a cartoon like that before, so we knew it was the beginning of something cool lol. My friend watched it all the way through, but i had fallen asleep through parts of it. Strangely enough, thats the only time i had watched it until i watched it this morning. After watching it this morning, i ultimately realized how good of a movie it really is. Ill be making some AKIRA wallpapers in the near future, so be on the lookout :)
Well, i hate to cut this post short, but i better head to bed so ill be rested up for work tonight. Ill be really glad when im off work in the morning - then im off for the weekend :) I thank you all for visiting and i hope you all enjoyed he post :) i hope to chat with you all soon,
