Hello everyone,
Welcome to my inaugural post here ^^ Im pretty excited about being a part of this new setup, as well as being able broaden my horizons in the multimedia frenzy of the anime world lol. im glad to see that ive managed to draw a couple visitors during my first couple days of creating this world and i feel it is a sign of good things to come ^^ Today i took steps in a good direction and took some updated pics of my current anime collection. Those of you who have visited my myotaku page are probably aware of the occasional updates including current pics and an actual list of each anime related dvd, magazine, poster, card, figure, etc, But i figured id post an update as my very first post here. Over the years ive managed to pride myself on the extent of my anime collection, and ive always maintained the belief that i have the largest and widest array of anime multimedia on myotaku/theotaku, until proven otherwise of course lol. I dont wish to alienate anyone and i dont mean to brag, im just really proud of how far ive come. From the humble beginnings of a teenager who started off by recording every anime show available on tv using old vhs tapes, to buying my first anime dvd with my first paycheck (which happened to be "Akira" and "Escaflowne: The movie") lol. It was a humbling experience, and something i would certainly never take back thats for sure. and to further express my anime hardcore-ness, i still have those original vhs tapes that i recorded my first shows with, such as Gundam Wing, Outlaw star, Blue Gender and many others. I guess i just have a strong urge to share what i have learned , and my experiences with others regarding anime and what it has done for me, and once again Im really excited about this new start and the good things that lie ahead ^^ So without further adieu, i give you a lifelong's dedication to anime through the incarnation of my collection.
