Depends. I love games as Little Big Planet and Guitar Hero, but also like intresting stories.

Solid Snake, Big Boss, Revolver Ocelot, Otacon, Ezio Auditore, Giovanni Auditore, Maria Auditore, Leonardo Da Vinci [just cute :-3], Altaïr, Malik [I wouldn't forgive something like this], Amaterasu [My favorite God since I was a Kid], Link [isn't he the perfect knight?], Midna [she have some quotes...], Dante Sparda, Nero, Prince of Persia [he's cute...]

Final Fantasy 7 final boss: Sephiroth [the hard part was, I played in Japanese without knowing a word] and Tabbu from Super Smash Bros Brawl.

So many. Like Fortituto from Bayonetta [too simple moves], last from Breath of Fire [I don't remember it's name].

Zant from The Legend of Zelda for sure, and Rodrigo Borgia - punch the Pope was epic.

I was playing AC, and I made Ezio do something idiot so someone dropped a broom. I thought was not possible, but Ezio grabbed the broom and started to walk with it - and people were very terrified...
So I thought at killing guards...and well, is not an wonderful weapon but can work like one...was very funny seen Ezio fighting with a broom. And it gets covered with blood too...
Ezio is with another adventure (the Ubisoft character was on AC II and Bonfire of Vanities), but now he have friends...Yes, you may be able to play with your friends Assassin's Creed:
