As of now, I am about five days into my Eighty Days of Reform plan... Strangely enough, it's working rather well. But first~
Monday was a typical day for me. I got up around seven and did chores most of the day. I managed to squeeze in close to two hours of exercise between the hustle and bustle, too. And of course, I did some laundry.
As night fell, I noticed something strange. For one thing, the sis's equally irritating friend was still here despite the late hour... She ended up staying the night, and they were loud... Meh, at least my fan drowned 'em out for the most part.
Strangely enough, I ended up getting a good night's sleep that night.
Oh, my Eighty Days of Reform plan? Well, it's like this: I was able to put together a good plan for general detox/insomnia ass kicking/getting healthier/more athletic. It involves getting up early, quite a bit of stretching, both green and honey vanilla chamomile teas, smarter exercise and some other junk. So far it's proven to be rather successful in beating my sleeping problems. However, it does have one potentially embarrassing side effect that involves heightened sensitivity and some rather strange back pain that leads to an uncontrollable and rather uke like? vocal outburst whenever I lay down... Well, you can't have the good without the potentially embarrassing and odd, right?
Well, Today was a bit abnormal. I woke up freezing and in a little pain, it was to such an extent that I ended up laying in for an hour. My chore load was somewhat smaller but my babysitting time was off the charts. It even effected my exercise time, limiting it to a little over 45 minuets. To make things more hectic, the little brother did his business during his bath... It was horrific... Worse still, I was the one who had to lift him out of the bath.
I'm going to end the night with a shower, some tea and some crappy TV.
Random bits and pieces that didn't make the post:
:I now prefer 2% over normal milk.
:That strawberry shampoo is truly wonderful~
:With any luck I should be getting an exercise bike tomorrow.
Until next time~
