Hey, fellow Anime/Manga lovers! It's TheDarkAngel here! AKA Yosei! WooT!

So, here's my World Page designed especially for me. For those of you who aren't familiar with me, I'm an aspiring Manga-ka (at least in my own mind) and I enjoy many things in life, including, but not limited to: sword-fights, squirrels, lingual jokes, shiny rocks, and strawberries.

Also, I was born in Texas, but raised in Montana. No, I don't ride horses, or boil water over a campfire to heat it, and as a matter of fact, I hate Westerns! I don't have an accent (y'all) and I don't wear a ten-gallon cowboy hat with chaps. I'm a normal, everyday average citizen of America... who wishes he were somewhere else. XD I'm also agnostic, so don't come preaching to me about anything, okies? And, I won't throw you down a well, okies? Yay! Friends!!!

Yosei's Candy Mountain... or is it?

Hey, guys! How was your fourth? Mine was... interesting...

So, my family decided to go up to the hunting area where my dad, uncles, and grandpa go every year and visit them at the campground. It was decent.

The ride there was two hours long. We brought our dogs, two little rat terriers and had them in the back of the car. But, they kept trying to jump over the seat and into my, or my sister's lap. Then, we had to travel about ten miles along a dirt road in the middle of the mountains. Up there, people's cattle are free-range. So, they were up on the road and next to it. There were some calves that were too young and uneducated to run AWAY from our car. Instead, they ran alongside it, my dad honking his horn the whole time.

We made it to the campsite- a little area in the forest that was cleared so a small gathering of campers and SUVs could gather. In the back at the edge of the site was a nice little creek that ran through the valley. I loved that creek.

We were going to tie my dogs up with LONG leashes to the back of our car, but Skylar took off and broke her collar... so we had to fix that...
Then, my aunt and uncle's five-year-old Labrador tried to mount her, which she DID NOT like and turned around and snapped at him. After that, he didn't mess with her again. So, we sat around and chatted and talked for 8 hours straight... rather dull, really. Everyone who was old enough was drinking since 7am and by the time we'd gotten there at noon, everyone was slightly tipsy. A rather dull day.

I got a mosquito bite on my neck, though. I was all, "AAAH! Vampire Mosquito!" XD Yes, I was truly bored and had to find ways to entertain myself. =_=
I went for a walk and found a watermelon floating in the creek a little ways away from the campsite. YAY! Watermelon! It was random...

Then, I was able to do a demo for everyone and I SOLD ABOUT $500 WORTH OF CUTCO! YES! I got my first promotion by making it to $1000 sold!!! *cheers and woots*

And, we had hotdogs and burgers. Yum. I shared mine with my dogs since they wouldn't eat their dogfood... my dogs need to eat! They're like my children!

I had been hoping to get out of the campsite by 6pm, but we didn't leave 'til 8. Mostly because, my dad decided to have a couple of drinks and we had to wait for him to finish... =_= Luckily, my mother hates the taste of alcohol and drove us home.

We ended up getting home around 10pm, just in time for the fireworks.

And, what d'you know? The fun wasn't over yet...
OUr neighbors across the street had gotten fireworks this year. And, they were lighting them off in the street inbetween our houses. And, we're not talking those piddly little smokebombs either, we're talking those HUGE light-up-the-sky ones!
Except... one of the rocket's blew out it's bottom on the ignite and exploded IN THE STREET! My family is in the front yard watching, of course, and we hear a HUGE bang and sparks were FLYING under MY CAR (OH NO THEY DIDN'T!!! *RAGE*) and my dad's truck! Pieces were landing on our house and in our yard and a piece of burnt cardboard struck me square in the nose! (>.<) Owchies!
Luckily, nothing caught fire... though I did think I heard glass breaking... I wasn't sure, but everything of ours is fine.

Needless to say, the incident jarred me and left me worried for my family's sake. But, we're alright and I slept soundly last night.

So, that was my fourth. I stayed up until 1:30am spitting sunflower seeds, drinking soda, and watching the fireworks. :D

How was your guys'?
Thanks for reading again! I hope your weekend is fun and exciting! Have a good one! :D

WOW!

Wow! Three posts in one day! XD

So, I had my nap earlier, and it was only for an hour and a half, but it was a BUSY nap! I had three different dreams, that were all connected somehow... lemme explain:

  • 1) At first, I was in my car (My forest green 2000 Honda Accord ~<3) and I was at a ramp where you go from a city road to the freeway, you know? Anyway, I suddenly got tired, parked my car RIGHT in the middle of that ramp, wrapped up in a blanket and fell asleep for two hours. Yeah, I dreamed I was sleeping... weird. ANYWAY!
  • 2)I woke up in the car and decided I was suddenly on my bike and suddenly riding through a shortcut home. A storm was brewing something fierce, so I took shelter in an old warehouse. My dog, Skylar was there (she's my wittle puppy-chan!<3) and followed me inside. There were three men inside and I was climbing over boxes and equipment to the other side as I'd used this shortcut before. And the men were talking to me, "Hey, y'know you shouldn't be here. This place was closed down and locked up three years ago. They say there were some men who didn't even make it out alive..." Then, the men turned out to be ghosts!! So, I made it through the warehouse and escaped, making it home just in time for the storm to hit.
  • 3) I had just made it home, but it wasn't my normal house. We lived in this EXTRAVAGANT mansion with rose-quartz marble and gold trim. It was HUGE! But, I was trying to find my sister and found out the house had a little ghost girl that lived there with us. (What's up with the ghosts?! o.O') And, when I found my sister, she was a floor above me and was leaning over a balustrade, watching me as I moved to the elevator. Then, she threw a bunch of papers at me with, like, cheats to a game written on them... weird...

Then, I knew someone was watching me sleep, but I was still stuck in dreamland, you know? My mom woke me up, "Honey... are you hungry?"
She really had to try to wake me up, too. I could hear her, I just couldn't wake up!!
Eventually, I collected my wits and woke up. I was surprised to be home again... I really thought I lived in that marble mansion...

Isn't it crazy the way your mind works in your dreams? It makes everything feel so real and you begin to believe it IS real... To me, that's kinda scary, but at the same time, kinda neat. Like a nice relief from everyday life.

Well, I'd better go. I'm still sleepy and I still want to talk to Angelo on the net... Thanks AGAIN for reading! You guys are the best Otaku! *hugs*

update

So, I submitted an art this morning.

Click me! --->External Image<--- Click me!

And, I thought I'd color it:

That's it so far, though... it's gonna have a red, white, and blue theme in respects to The 4th of July being tomorrow. Happy Birthday, America!

*sigh* Well, things with my friend were straightened out and everything is going to be wonderful again. ^_^ I'm so grateful... you have no idea.

Anyhoo, I'm still clinically depressed. Which means I'm exhausted all the time. As a matter of fact, I think I'll go nap after I post this. Yeah, that sounds sooooo good right now... I have a slight headache from staring at the cpu and coloring for so long (3 hours and counting)... so, a nap would be welcomed right about now.

Alright, my fellow Otaku. Thanks for reading again! ^o^
*crashes on bed*

~Yosei~

*Heavy sigh*

Hey, guys! It's been too long since I last updated here, it seems... even though it's been, like, what..? 3 days? 4, tops? :P

So, what's everyone else's plans for The 4th of July (at least, here in the states)? I'm heading up to St. Regis tomorrow for the day to see my grandparents and maybe make a few CUTCO sales. :D

On Sunday, I'll probably stay home and try to enjoy myself.

"I'm so depressed... I didn't even want to roll out of bed this morning..."
I had an awful night last night, so I hope things are fixed today and everything is okay. There may have been a misunderstanding between a friend and I, but I think it's alright. It was technology's (and, perhaps my dad's) fault, but... I think things will be okay.

I submitted a couple more eCards for your enjoyment! ^_^

Thanks for reading up. I'm going to go try and eat something for breakfast now. Bai-bee!

What do you WANT?!

AH-hah hah!
Okay, who's doing it?

Who's posing as this "Darcia" person and talking with me on YahooMessenger? I'm on as godlyguardian, by the way...

Whomever it is, you're starting to annoy me and piss me off. Your talk of trying to change my views is wearing my patience thin. Stop being such an arrogant prig and go be yourself somewhere else. "Darcia," you said you needed to branch out and make friends, well you're going about it all wrong.

Conversation is as follows:

[email protected]: ._.
godlyguardian: hi! ^_^
godlyguardian: <_<
godlyguardian: >_>
[email protected]: Good day, sir.
godlyguardian: :P err.... are you a friend from theotaku?
[email protected]: I saw your Deviant Art and wished to add you.
[email protected]: I am here on a cultural exchange... *Sighs*
[email protected]: I wish to talk to you about your ideals, and you may talk to me about mine.
godlyguardian: Oh, okies! :D
[email protected]: In laymans terms: I was told I should "Get new friends"
[email protected]: And "Meet new people" ._.
godlyguardian: Oh... yes, I see. I have a friend in France right now who's having the same problem.
[email protected]: And where are you from?
godlyguardian: The USA
godlyguardian: born and raised.
[email protected]: The Blue Demon.
godlyguardian: Yup
godlyguardian: *hates it here*
[email protected]: De... De...
[email protected]: Democracy.
godlyguardian: Well, what they pass as a democracy... I'm not very political. :P
[email protected]: I see.
[email protected]: From one who resides in an absolute monarchy, democracy is a... Dirty word.
godlyguardian: Ahh, where is it you are from?
godlyguardian: You speak good english and your spelling is impeccable!
[email protected]: I would rather not say just yet... I...
godlyguardian: Ah, okies
[email protected]: My upbringing demanded that I learn a great number of languages.
[email protected]: To perfect example.
godlyguardian: understandable...
[email protected]: I do hate democracy.
godlyguardian: I don't pay it much mind. It's all I've ever known, so I can't compare. I just accept.
[email protected]: ._. I see.
godlyguardian: If I don't fight it, it won't hurt me, that's how I see it.
godlyguardian: How's it with a monarchy? I've never been in that situation?
[email protected]: It is perfect, ah, but yes.
[email protected]: Perfection indeed.
godlyguardian: ^__^ It's always good to be in something you love.
[email protected]: Given my title, I tend to be... Yes.
[email protected]: Love is the word.
godlyguardian: You part of an important Monarch-like business? :)
godlyguardian: I just butchered my english.. sorry.
[email protected]: I am a noble.
[email protected]: Hence my English.
godlyguardian: ahh... I see. Then, this explains things.
godlyguardian: *blink, blink*
[email protected]: And the fact I have no idea how to deal with you.
[email protected]: I am not social, and not with the foreigners.
godlyguardian: I'm rather anti-social and introverted myself. I have to force myself to open up.
godlyguardian: But, I have a gang of close friends that know me well. ^_^
[email protected]: Ah, that is good.
godlyguardian: Do you have any close friends?
[email protected]: The chancellor.
godlyguardian: uh-huh... well, that's probably why you're being made to branch out and make new friends!!! :D Just randomly email someone and make small talk, or if you read something about them that you can relate to, let them know!
godlyguardian: That's how I've made friends.
[email protected]: What do you like to talk about?
godlyguardian: well, I have interests... anime and manga for starters, but I like to travel- though it's never been far. And, I like to write fantasy and draw.
godlyguardian: I'm a pretty average person.
[email protected]: Anime is large here.
[email protected]: I, myself, share a name with an anime lord.
[email protected]: How ironic.
godlyguardian: XD
[email protected]: If Wolf's Rain had came out before I was born I would have assumed I was named after him.
godlyguardian: Ahh... Wolf's Rain... I've only seen the first 4 episodes or so. But, it's good! My kohai friends really love it
[email protected]: Ah, yes, it is good.
[email protected]: Do you know how to use any weapons?
[email protected]: I know your blade, gun, and bow culture is not as big as ours.
[email protected]: Guns are part of our culture so much we don't see them as rights, we see them as a part of life like the grass and the trees.
[email protected]: Therefore we have no form of gun control.
[email protected]: The same with blades and archery, which is an ancient activity.
godlyguardian: I have a friend who trains us in swords- we only use sticks, really, but it's to keep us from killing each other. And, I like using the bow! I've only done it a couple of times before, but I guess I've got a natural knack for using it.
[email protected]: Well done.
[email protected]: And firearms?
godlyguardian: eh... The trouble with firearms is that I can't stand them... I don't like the noise. And, with a sword, you FEEL the strength of your enemy. With a gun, you don't feel them die, but.... that's rather cowardly, to me... besides, there's so many accidents with them. I mean, there's accidents with swords and blades too, but... I've never been big on firearms.
[email protected]: I see, we grow up with both, and hold no accidents.
godlyguardian: that's excellent to hear!
godlyguardian: You're very lucky.
[email protected]: Thank you.
[email protected]: If you abolished gun control you would be, too.
godlyguardian: This, I know. But, I hold no grudges, opinions, or beliefs on the matter. I was brought up in a gun-less household. We protect ourselves with tools and blades. I have a katana in my room incase of a break-in, but I've never had to use it. We live in a trusting community
[email protected]: I have never heard of a gun-less household.
[email protected]: My guards have katanas.
[email protected]: Though they also have rifles and handguns.
godlyguardian: That's neat! Yeah, neither of my parents have guns, there's none in our house. My dad's in the military, but all their guns are stored at The Center. My grandfather has a guncase, but they live about 70 miles away.
[email protected]: The Center?
[email protected]: How strange.
[email protected]: Your father should own a firearm in the house.
godlyguardian: He's in the Army Reserves, I doubt he's ever had to use one, other than in training.
[email protected]: Reserves?
godlyguardian: He's just never brought one home, as far as I know...
godlyguardian: Yeah, like after a war, the Reserves are sent to that country to help rebuild schools and hospitals and purify water and such.
godlyguardian: They don't see much action.
[email protected]: In a war, we would send a viceroy.
[email protected]: Then create a new kingdom.
[email protected]: Under the jurisdiction of a new lord.
[email protected]: Rebuilding would be the duty of the new lord and the new ministers.
godlyguardian: Ah, yeah. We don't do that... we leave them to their own government... which, in the end, doesn't really help, does it? America is like an adult on the playground. We break up fights, make them apologize, then leave them be.... that's about it.
[email protected]: You are not a police force, you would due well to remember that, especially should you fight an enemy with an army far in advance of your own, such as ours.
[email protected]: We could invade and crush you.
[email protected]: Yet we do not, even though we see you as unfit.
godlyguardian: psh, even I see us as unfit. That's why I'll never join the military. Well, I can't anyway, I have diabetes. But, if I had the choice, I'd never do it.
[email protected]: I am a neutral country, here you are able to join with any deliberation.
[email protected]: Unless that deliberation is a mental illness, in which case the sentance is always death.
godlyguardian: It's like going to a place you've never been, to fight people you'll never know, for reasons you can barely understand. All in the name of "Pride for your country"! It's a plan designed to fail!
[email protected]: We do not have homes for such people.
[email protected]: How dangerous, for you may die.
[email protected]: Should you invade a nation we see as an ally, we will invade you.
[email protected]: And we will destroy you.
godlyguardian: I know
[email protected]: Our military has technology hundreds of years ahead of yours.
[email protected]: Your military is weak.
[email protected]: You are a pre-AI culture.
godlyguardian: But, I'm not worried. What happens, happens.
[email protected]: Do not forget that.
godlyguardian: Meh.
[email protected]: You still have analog.
[email protected]: ._.
godlyguardian: Yeah...
[email protected]: How primitive.
[email protected]: Let us make one thing clear, your government will soon be destroyed.
[email protected]: Trust me on that.
[email protected]: You will be forced to adopt a new way of thinking.
godlyguardian: *shrug* I don't amalgamate so easy. I'll be rogue. I'll be against both my country, and it's enemy. Independant.
godlyguardian: I could honestly care less about what becomes of my so-called government.
[email protected]: *Cringe* You COULDN'T.
[email protected]: Not you COULD care less.
[email protected]: If you COULD care less, then you do care.
godlyguardian: Ah, I see... I should've chosen my words more carefully. I apologize
[email protected]: Everyone does it, though I do not know why.
godlyguardian: I do not care now, and never shall.
[email protected]: It is understandable.
godlyguardian: What is government, but speculation. It's just a way to run things, to keep order. If humans were perfect, there would be no need for government because we would all have order.
[email protected]: Correct.
godlyguardian: So, in reality, it should be those who create disorder and chaos that should be targeted. Not the government.
[email protected]: We are pack animals, we need an alpha, a monarch.
[email protected]: If we are good, we would not need any government.
[email protected]: Democracy is selfish and cruel.
godlyguardian: *shrugs*
[email protected]: Disorder and chaos can only be targetted with morality.
[email protected]: And morality can not exist with law.
[email protected]: You have laws.
[email protected]: We do not.
godlyguardian: You don't need a leader to keep order. Just the proper upbringing and the ability to not fall victim to terrible thoughts and misfortunes. If no one needed anything and everything was provided to us, we would never have disorder, hence: no wars.
[email protected]: You need a leader.
godlyguardian: I have a leader.
godlyguardian: I listen to myself.
godlyguardian: that's it
[email protected]: Then you can fall down a very evil path.
[email protected]: You need a lord.
godlyguardian: if anyone wants to follow me, Okay. So be it. But, I don't like to listen or be owned by anyone.
godlyguardian: Humans are essentially evil. I'm no exceptin.
[email protected]: Then you would not do well here.
godlyguardian: *exception
godlyguardian: *smile* Then, let us hope I will never have to be there.
godlyguardian: You don't try to control me, and I will cause you no problems.^_^
[email protected]: I control everyone.
[email protected]: I control you.
godlyguardian: Sure, if you happen to be "desire" that which controls all humans.
godlyguardian: We're not truly controlled, as a race. We're guided. By the earth, time, emotions. THAT'S what controls us.
[email protected]: I own you, you are human.
[email protected]: Therefore I own you.
[email protected]: It is heavens will.
godlyguardian: Ah, so we move into religious matters. This will not work, as I am agnostic and have free thoughts.
godlyguardian: Death is merely another stage of life.
[email protected]: Not quite, it is my ancestor.
[email protected]: Who was a god.
godlyguardian: I see.
[email protected]: Indeed.
godlyguardian: I still follow my own beliefs. Beliefs that are untouched my democracy, monarchy, communism and governments. Should we be invaded, I will welcome it. I am a worker for the Light, I fight for good. So, if you should happen to be evil, to work from vanity or selfishness, you are the enemy.
[email protected]: You do not understand your true nature.
[email protected]: That is understandable.
[email protected]: But know this, individualism is not a good thing.
[email protected]: It leads to selfishness and evil.
godlyguardian: I will not fall victim to selfishness. I am, indeed, an individual, but I do things for a greater good, never for myself as a whole.
[email protected]: You still need a lord.
godlyguardian: The only selfish thought I may have would be that my loved ones remain safe and near me. But, they are free to do as they please and think freely.
godlyguardian: I accept no "lord".
[email protected]: You will do in time.
godlyguardian: I have one quick question... why did you single me out to talk with on such matters? n__n
[email protected]: I do not know, times change, and I grow impatient with Amerikan ways.
[email protected]: Soon, the war will start.
[email protected]: I only wonder who will throw the first missile.
godlyguardian: I know a war will start soon.
[email protected]: China? Russia? U.S.A.?
godlyguardian: Whichever it is, I will not side with any.
[email protected]: And I will pick up the pieces when they destroy themselves.
[email protected]: A sweeper team of Imperial Guardsmen to clean up the ruckus.
[email protected]: And then...
[email protected]: Ah, of course.
[email protected]: The future does look bright for my once-great Empire.
[email protected]: Listen, certain things are above the understanding of civilians.
[email protected]: I mean no offence, but you must learn to accept new ideals.
[email protected]: As they will be the future.
godlyguardian: *shrugs* As long as you're not Demons or The Legion, I'll not complain.
[email protected]: The Illuminati are children.
[email protected]: And will be dealt with.
godlyguardian: Okay! As long as they're dealt with, I will not complain! ^_^ I just refuse to become stuck in a world of Hell and Evil. Though, by the looks of it, you'd think we were already there...
godlyguardian: As you can see, I'm not above making deals... I guess that is, in itself, selfish, isn't it?
[email protected]: It is, you must put aside such things and accept a lord. Let me explain to you... Here we have barons, lords, that deal with the locals.
[email protected]: f you have a problem you have a lord you can talk to, who can help you. Unlike in a democracy where only the majority are heard through a faceless ballot, in a monarchy even the smallest voice can talk directly to a powerfull lord and have their issues addressed on merit.

godlyguardian: but, even though your voice is heard equally, you are not treated equally as someone else with the same problem.
godlyguardian: it is a measure of status
[email protected]: Ah, but equality is not an asset, it is a sin.
[email protected]: Equality opens the door to selfish thoughts, thinking only of yourself and not others.
[email protected]: It opens the door to hatred and offence.
[email protected]: Not to greatness.
[email protected]: There is no such thing as equality, you can either accept a position in a structured heirarchy, like a monarchy. Or turn to an evil system of corrupted hierarchy, such as in a democracy.
In the words of C.S. Lewis:
[email protected]: "Yet even if they desire mere equality they cannot reach it. Where men are forbidden to honour a king they honour millionaires, athletes or film stars instead: even famous prostitutes or gangsters. For spiritual nature, like bodily nature, will be served; deny it food and it will gobble poison. "
godlyguardian: I see no equality. No one is the same to me. But, all should be treated with equal amounts of respect.
[email protected]: Respect should be earned, not given.
godlyguardian: I'm not defending democracy, or offending monarchy. I am merely stating the positives and negatives.
godlyguardian: And, one must give respect in order to receive it.

END CONVERSATION AS OF NOW

*sigh*
I'm hungry and my sugars are low... and I need to talk with Tom...
