Today, I came home early. Buerk!
My blood sugars shot up to over 320 and my pump had blocked. Of course, I hadn't figured this out until after i'd eaten a Twix bar and a slice of pizza! So, I had to call meh dad to bring me home so I could fix the pump. As it turns out, I'd replaced the infusion set and the tubing hadn't even entered my body, it was just kinda sitting against my belly. Explains why I never felt the needle-prick. Man, I was callin' myself so many idiotic names, I felt so stupid. However, I do thank my friends for reminding me that I am human and I do make mistakes.
Then, I stayed home to recuperate. I was too anxious to go back to school. O well.
