Pineapple-vanilla cookie pudding

Please enjoy!

1 pack lemon jello, add 1 cup hot water and stir. Add:
1 cup sugar
*cool mixture
chill 1 large can of milk before hand
*beat milk until it peaks
*Add 1 tblsp of lemon juice *best with real lemon
Add 1 can of crushed pineapple and fold into beaten milk

Create batch of cookie crust. Fill with earlier mixes

Brownies

Beat 2 eggs til frothy, slowly add 1 cup sugar then:
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsps. cocoa
1/2 cup melted shortening
3/4 cups flour
1/2 chopped nuts *although not absolutley necessary*
Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes, frost if desired

Fudge oatmeal cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
*boil one minute or so. Remove from heat and add:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
*now add:
3 cups oatmeal
*drop by tsp. on flat surface and let cool
