Yu Yu Hakusho Season One Box Set

Alright, first news post!

The Yu Yu Hakusho FUNimation website’s home page has an advertisement for the season one “box” set (it’s not really a box) for pre-order. It contains 4 DVDs of the whole Spirit Detective Saga (the first season); 28 uncut episodes all for $34.98. (You can do some searching around the net to find lower prices.)

Sounds like a good deal. Personally, I have already pre-order it and can not wait for it to be released. Though you might find this weird, I only own one Yu Yu Hakusho DVD though I saw the whole uncut series for several years now. Apparently, most of the big box sets (those five box sets that are $100 dollars each) have been discontinued. I have been waiting for FUNimation to release DVDs for a low price for a long time so I could actually afford it. As soon as I get my hands on it, I’ll do a review.

The Season One Box Set is released on July 8th!

Brainstorming

Hello everyone. Today were celebrating the Brigade's first post with suggestions for the future.

Does anyone have an idea as what this site should have? I'm definitely thinking about making a logo and a decent background (not saying the default one is bad or anything, but...). Any contests we should have, topics we should post, how to do our mini shrines (which will probably be posts dedicated to a character), etc. Anything right now.

Sorry, nothing much to write at the moment. We are just getting off to a start, but were sure to become the best fan site there is!
