Yeah so I haven't left my bed for 5 days. Whenever I move it hurts like a B*tch. I only left the bed once and that was because I had to go to school and it was awful! I could hardly keep my head up. So, I plan on staying in bed and not moving because its the only way the pain isn't unbearable.
