This is actually my favourite of all the Criminal Rule cards I have done, so much so that I contemplated changing it's number to a later one but decided to just keep it like this since creation order is better ~ Nods ~ So here it is! I like this purely for the line at the end since it always makes me laugh (and I like anything I create that makes me laugh being it the main reason I do create!)
