Background: Lived on Chii and Cheruu's (and Scotty's XD!) island as a togepi, but was kidnapped at a very young age before Cheruu even washed up on the island. Team Rocket raised the boy as thier brainwashed prize, thier prince (beacuse he was thier first gijinka encounter that they could capture), so he grew up loving the team and referring to himself as a prince, even wearing the crown they gave to him as a young boy.
