A new OC. I refer to him as the homeless millionaire, 'tis his status. Because he IS a homeless millionaire. He never bought a home and has gone without a home for most of his life.

The things he buys he either puts in storage or gives it away and he never sleeps (just keeps getting stuff to make him stay awake) so he has really dark bags under his eyes.

He gets his money from hacking into...um...the universal banks or whatever you'd call them...O.o Which is illegal...>.> But he's best friends with the ruler of the world and even though it's illegal, and the ruler knows it's illegal, he's okay with it...which he shouldn't be...so it's inevitable that he'd be punished...>.>

He and the ruler of the world are like brothas from anotha motha...O.o They actually look like they could be identical twins since they have the same faces and a bit of other similarities (same height, etc.). But they're not related.

About his design. In case you're wondering why he looks so weird, he'd be a character in a fantastical futuristic world and this would be the kind of really expensive stuff that rich people wear.

I'm...kinda...messed up the colours...I'm happy with his design, though, except for the bottom half...>.> His feet look ENORMOUS! TT^TT I really have no clue how to draw feet in proportion to the rest of the body...>.> I should practice that...>.> I also need to practice clothes...O.o

I tried a new colouring style! :D It looks...odd...I need to experiment with it some more...>.>

I thank stinamuffin for helping me on the colour scheme for the bottom half of his body. I had no clue about what to do with it...TT^TT So, thank you very much for your help! ^ ^
