Illustration assignment, "hand holding object". We're doing this one twice, once in pencil shading and again with pen and ink. Decided to do pencil first because I wanted to do pencil.

I had several ideas for this project (in order I had them punched into my phone's "e-diary" function: "Bodice ripper, for lulz", "Something with a kiss...", "The sonic!", "Me and a chibi. 'tis deep", "Morning coffee bliss", and "Scissors and hooch".) I might use one for the next go around, but who knows (certainly not I).

Took this a bit differently than intended, deciding to present a chibi. The original concept was "I present to you, my shame, my joy", which is probably best explained with this. TC then made mention that I looked like some sort of psycho: "This...this is the person in my head that drives me crazy."

Which was awesome!
