Chibi Noelle and Peliel! I worked on this for like two or three days. I tried to go for Koge Donbo-style coloring since all of her stuff is so beautiful.
Also, what do you think of my new watermark? I think its cleaner, simpler, and subtler than my last one and doesn't interfere with the picture.
