Hey otaKus, long time no fan art. But I'm here to change that. Its been awhile since I last uploaded a fan art here. Let me tell you about this one I just finished today.
I started working on this drawing yesterday for my friend Lileeboo as a bit of an art trade kind of deal. Also made this as kind of a surprise for her. I know she likes My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic so I drew her as a Sailor Senshi with Pinkie Pie, her favorite Pony. I had so much fun drawing this, it broke me out of the little art block I've been having.
I did the lineart yesterday and I finished coloring it today. Then I took a picture of it to import into Adobe Photoshop where I added some effects. I added a texture with a gradient to enhance the colors and added star brushes for extra sparkle. Overall I'm very happy with how this came out. One of my favorite drawings to date. I hope everybody enjoys the drawing.
I apologize for the watermark but I have to protect my art from art thieves. Also made in Photoshop CS5.
