Hey, here's probably the only drawing I'll post to my portfolio this month because of CLASS. orz

Anyway, I was watching a freebie stream yesterday, and I had requested that Lafayette get drawn. But apparently the person streaming had been listening to the Hamilton soundtrack, so when they mentioned "Lafayette" in the stream I got confused and thought they were talking abt my chara at first before I realized they were talking about Lafayette from Hamilton;;;

I'd actually been half-avoiding Hamilton because I'm a ridiculous hipster, and also b/c I don't get super into musicals, but I ended up giving the soundtrack a listen since we were talking about musicals and also since Laf's so passionate about drama. Listening to the soundtrack, Hamilton seems like it'd be a pretty cool show to watch! :^m

But anyway, back in the freebie livestream, once I cleared things up with them, we actually got talking about if my chara Laf would ever play as Lafayette if his school decided to put on a Hamilton production.
Conclusion: no, bc Laf can't rap. there's no way he'd be able to this;;;; We decided if anything Laf would play the non-rap role of King George, and HONESTLY... THIS ROLE FITS LAF SO MUCH BETTER....;;;;; I also ended up getting a drawing of Laf as King George, so that's nice. :,)

I decided to draw Laf as Marquis de Lafayette anyway since they have the same name and also since Hamilton Lafayette's outfit is pretty cool. B) but uh. Expect more Nerdy and Jock (basically Laf & Dmitri) + Hamilton crossovers bc why not.

On a totally side note, I was thinking a while ago that I had been surprised that multiple people have been describing Lafayette as "sassy" because I never thought of him as sassy. Then I realized I just didn't know what sassy meant. Look at this twerp.
