Zeref, Fairy Tail. I don't know if he's a super villain by definition but if we combine him with Acnologia they would definitely wipe out all the things in the world (not that i would want to take it over afterwards with the two of them around)

Pretty much all the touhou bosses, like Yukari, Yuyuko, Remilia, Flan, Shinki, Utsuho, and on and on...

Utsuho would use solar flare to kill everyone

Shinki would make a evil doll army

Yukari can manipulate borders so she can hold a important person hostage or be an assassin

Sakuya is a knife throwing psyco

and Flandre is sort of overpowered...

I'd recruit Colonel Shultz from the 1974 Space Battleship Yamato T.V. series because his Reflex Gun could send radioactive meteors to pollute the planet's atmosphere to the point of making all life there unhabitable, though it would take 365 days for the radiation polluting the planet exterior to enter the core and kill off any living being hiding there.

That, and for some reason they've really stepped up their game as of late (I haven't seen the later 5th gen episodes, so I don't know if they're still being competent villains or not). But it's really made them less funny and a little less likable, IMHO :/

Or you could just use Team Rocket from Pokemon. Theyre immortal.

I say we just let Kid Buu out of his cage. He'll blow em up in one episode while it would take any other villian several seasons or a couple of episodes.

Father from FMA, because then you also get Lust, Envy, Pride, Sloth, Gluttony, Wrath, and maybe Greed.

I'd have to say Yami Bakura from the original Yu-Gi-Oh. He could shoot aliens with his Millenium rod. Actually I'd ask Jafar for help. I know he isn't an anime villain but I think he'd get rid of the aliens with some pretty cool magic. Or maybe Hell Johan from GX. He could use the Dark Gem Beasts to attack the aliens. I don't know.

I would find it fairly amusing to unleash that guy from YuYu Hakusho that looks like Arnold Shwartzennager on them. It wouldn't really be all that effective, but why not?

I would ask either the main villain of airia the scarlet ammo(can't remember the name) or I would ask cell.
